I recently lost my cell phone at Sea Tac Airport and somehow it ended up in the Duty Free Shop. I didn't realize it was missing till I got on the plane. Once I got home, I phoned it and a casher, Agnes, answered it. She then got it back to a friend of mine who is now shipping it back to me! This is above and beyond the role of a casher and I am so thankful she did it. There are still a lot of great people in the world! Thanks Agnes! Arlo

The store is really neat. They offer a lot of great and quality products. The customer service is great. The sales associates were kind and friendly. I absolutely appreciate Lila. She was more than willing to work with me. She is extremely helpful.

Didn't find the Dior perfume that I was looking for..

I mean, it's a duty free store . No more, no less. It's the same as everything else in a airport. overpriced.

Very bad service, i went there 23rd of July 2023 at 3:15 pm and I couldn't buy wine because the Asian employee didn't know Norway is a country? I showed her my boarding pass but she tried to make up weird excuses why I couldn't buy wine. You should fire her because you loose money! Avoid!

The employee did not seal my (overpriced) alcohol which cost $320USD! I couldn't take it through security at my connecting flight. It's also been really hard to reach out to customer service for any help about it.

This review is based on staff alone. Not only unhelpful but notably rude, one employee in particular working in the fragrance section seemed to be blatantly trailing a few feet behind customers including myself eyeing them suspiciously for no apparent reason and completely violating their personal space. It made everyone visibly uncomfortable and many left the store. I’ve never left a review anywhere before but the entire thing was so odd and off putting Duty Free is unfortunately the first exception, can’t say I’ve ever experienced anything like it or will be going back again.

Perfume that is $68 on Amazon is $127 in the duty free here. Same perfume same quantity. Do not leave your shoping until the end of your trip. This place is a complete rip off.
