Shoutout to Terry L.! I went to the Hudson news store in SeaTac right next to gate D5. Terry was very nice and helpful. When I opened my bag, I saw he gave me salt and pepper for my hard boiled eggs and a spoon for my yogurt. Totally unexpected and super kind.

Can always go for something at Hudson!

Has some basic things . Water / soda / quick eats etc . Mostly expensive but ok for water/soda etc. souvenirs are so expensive. Hoodies cost about 35-50$ 😳😳😳 tshirts are 16-25 $ and very basic quality . They also have books and some essentials - like battery chargers etc .. average store ..

Some celiac safe GF products which is helpful but still nothing substantial that’s safe for people with allergies to eat here or anywhere else in the airport.

Hudson (located by D gates next to Inmation and Fireworks) the ladies are extremely rude and seem to hate their jobs. Three older ladies named (Hahait, Feven G. and third lady no visible tag). Walk away when you ask questions. Make faces at customers. They need to be fired asap.

We bought some raisinets that were priced at $4.99 but we ended up paying $9.99 for them. Another customer had the same experience with bottled water being mislabeled. The cashier suddenly didn’t speak English well enough to help us.

This place sucks. Non existent customer service. Employees have the attitude of zero “fox” given. Would not recommend giving them your money.

Woah! There was an employee that refused to help a woman who was clearly struggling in the self check out. The line was getting at least 6 l people long and my husband had to go ask her to help the woman check out. She walked over and said "you dont know how to type" the customer said sorry I don't have my glasses and it's causing a line. Motile G responded and said "don't worry about everyone else, worry about yourself". What. A. Witch! She watched this customer struggle from across the store for at least 5 minutes while she restocked chips and then had the nerve to sass the customer? Whoever manages this store needs to have a stern talking to to Motile.

Rude and incompetent workers. The cashier double charged me for an item and refused to do anything to correct the issue. Acted like it was my fault. Don’t waste your money here, they sell all the same stuff in the many other souvenir shops at SeaTac and you won’t have to deal with these dummies.

Poor customer service .. Hudson needs to professionalize their food unit near Alaska… the Bhupinder lady seems to have some Indian Caste ifeologoes in her engagement with the customers.. family-run practice working and interacting with the general public should be a No-no.. sell the franchise to a more professional person.. very rude..served partially defrosted chicken

Their charging cord prices are marked incorrectly, and they wouldn’t refund me the $5 they ripped off from me for their mistake. Totally incompetent workers and terrible service. Go literally anywhere else.
