Chiggy's Gyros

Great food at a reasonable price! Good serving portions too! I felt like I got my money's worth.

Staff is always amazing here, and so is the food. For something unique, I really enjoy the chicken gyros with honey mustard. I've never seen something similar anywhere else. The chicken is on a rotating spit like the lamb for traditional gyros. Very delicious.

Hate to admit that I go here so frequently they know my chicken gyros order. I love this place, the people are great, the food is amazing 10/10 would recommend

All I can say is WOW!!! Food is fantastic!!! Homemade everything, and you can taste the "love" behind every single food choice. I myself personally love soup and Chiggys, of course made from scratch. Portions are generous. And prices are reasonable. I've learned eating hete that Portillos is just a name.

Kindness and good customer service is hard to come by these days. The staff here are super polite, helpful and made me feel welcome from the moment I entered to the moment I left!!

Best gyro’s and Italian Beef Sandwiches I’ve had in the Chicagoland Area. This has been a weekly stop for my wife and I. Or if she’s busy, then just me.

Their prices are pretty nice too, considering the inflation over the past year or so. Their parking is nice. It’s a big lot, so take your pick, spots are available.

And the employees are nice. I think it’s a family run joint. It’s just a good spot. Pretty busy at lunch.

Very, very unforgettable I would say. Super spot really.

Stopped here with a friend while back home in the Chicago suburbs. Food was awesome and the staff is very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend the stop for a mix of all your classic gyro / hot dog shop favorites!

first time trying this place today, ordered via uber eats. absolutely amazing chicken pita and great bang for your buck. the chicken pita sandwich is HUGE and the meat is so juicy. i wish it had a bit more of a smokey/blackened taste but still super good! fries are just regular crinkle fries w no seasoning, the mozzarella sticks are crunchy on the outside and gooey on the inside & the greek potatoes are pretty good (def not best i’ve had but still fire). the portions and quality of food here are great.

Love this place! They have the best gyros. The rest of the menu is great. I have never had anything I didn't like. Everything is great and large portions.

My first time there. I was recommended by a friend and I was not disappointed. The fries are really good,& Gyro meat was cut perfectly, some even had that great char on it. The sauce was robust and stuck to the meat. But most notably about this dish, was the the veggies they were crisp, chilled and so fresh and crunchy, even the tomatoes. It brought a lightness to the dish that took it to another level. Definitely going to come back and bring my family.

Everyone complaining overpriced but the sandwich sizes and meals are priced well compared to other places. I go often for a gyro plate and am never disappointed. McDonald’s meals are over $10 now a days for a small burger that tastes like it was used as a sponge. Someone else mentioned subway, half a sub now is going for like $5 and a full stacked sub is up to $11-12. You guys continue to feed into these disgusting corporations and complain about little businesses. Anyways, I’ll be going back time after time

We just moved to the suburbs from the city and this is our spot now! Everything we’ve had has been great every time. Good food and awesome customer service! ( I think I’ve been helped by the owner’s daughter each time I’ve been in and she’s so sweet and wonderful!) The owner has also handed us our food every time and he is so kind. Food and genuinely wonderful people keep us coming back- thanks again :)

I've been coming here since I was kid. Best chocolate shakes in the world and I love their food too. Last time we were there they even gave my 3 year old daughter some French fries and ice cream while we waited for our to go food. Such an amazing staff and great place to go.

Today was my first time to try Chiggy's. I just moved to the neighborhood from out of state and was looking for a good local restaurant. The service was excellent, the food was made fast and was hot. After living away from the Chicagoland for 25 years, it is great to have a place like this just around the corner. You have a new repeat customer!!
