Spent so long shopping here today….GM is helpful and sweet. I believe some of these reviews are wrong. If you don’t like this Walgreens, go down the street to the other one. Walgreens is always busy. And it’s holiday time.

Most reviews that are 3 stars or less have to do with the pharmacy. I like the fact this one is 24 hours, I can deposit cash in my chime account whenever I need with no fee. Please continue to be 24/7 it’s extremely convenient.

I came in at 2 in the morning with my allergies KILLING me. Nothing was helping, the pharmacy was open at that hour and the pharmacist told me to get a certain nasal spray and eye drops. 16 bucks and they worked!

They had exactly what I needed and got in and out quickly. Very nice staff too.

Walgreens is my go-to pharmacy. It's not just for medication. They also offer many different varieties of household items. It is very convenient for shopping on the go.

12/2020 Always friendly here. Love the 24 hours for the pharmacy. Staff is helpful and they usually have what I need. Typically we are only here late nights. But they take good care of us so we will continue to shop here when we need things. Store is clean and tidy. Floors are swept and free of scattered "stuff". Bright and cheery inside.

Been coming to this Walgreens for many years and the team that works there are excellent. In the morning they have a friendly gentleman with dreadlocks that epitomizes hospitality. This team member exudes a positive energy and honestly I believe Walgreens should feel lucky to have someone like him. The pharmacy is always good with pleasantly helpful staff in that department. My prescriptions are always on time and only once did I encounter a mistake made. The best part? my pharmacy tech immediately fixed the situation. Isnt it strange that when you treat people with respect you're given the same back? Sounds like most of these negative reviews are from pretentious entitled people. 🤣🤣🤣🤣The management team in the late evening are very friendly and always looking to help out. Its comforting (as a frequent shopper) to encounter Walgreens managers doing their best to ensure the place is organized and clean for its customers. I would gladly welcome any of these team members to mop close to me. Guess I love the smell of a clean floor! PSA you treat people with respect you get the same back. These are hardworking people that bust their butts everyday. As a loyal customer for many years I'll be returning like I usually do. Bravo Walgreens on Dundee and Hicks 👍

I love this Walgreens. I can’t understand why it’s rated at 3.5 stars?!! The employees at this location are awesome and so friendly. This has been my choice of pharmacy all my life! Open 24/7! It’s a life saver. I love you guys!

Best People Best Walgreens ever! There are really no bad Walgreens but the people make it so pleasant warm and welcoming! The pharmacy not so much! Unhappy rude confused they make the rest of the store Extremely pleasant once you leave the pharmacy!

I come to this Walgreens at least once a week if not twice a week because I charge my electric car here a lot. I don't always go in, but when I do I'm always greeted by the friendly cashier Zafar. He is by far the most friendly cashier I've ever met. Tonight, he and another Walgreens associate patiently helped me help a Chinese couple who didn't speak English find the right supplements. I was impressed with how patient and kind Zafar and his coworker were. I wish I had caught the sales associate's name. She's on the short side, brunette with bangs, and very friendly, patient, and helpful.
I really enjoy coming to this Walgreens. I hope Zafar and his coworker get a raise!!

You know this Walgreens is the type of place that greets you very loudly like they know you upon entry which is refreshing change from what i am used to in the medical field.. I like how nice they are as perhaps some them could learn from the people that work here ! Nice store and it is very clean and well organized. Excellent to Walgreens!

I just had the pleasure of meeting Will at this Walgreens location. He is the perfect example of excellence in customer service. He lifted up everyone’s day that he encountered, including my own. We need to all be more like Will! Thank you!

Liz was very helpful in guiding me how to take an acceptable photograph of my infant baby for Passport. She went above and beyond in explaining the nuances and edited the photo so well to get that accepted by the authorities! Thanks Liz!

Honestly the best cashiers ever I forget his name but the cashier with the dreads is seriously the best Walgreens worker I’ve ever encountered and honestly such a cool person to talk to makes my experience so great shopping there

Thank God for 24 hour Walgreens! (any store, really) Bad toothache at 4am = Kanka is required hourly.

The nicest people in the world work here. Well stocked store. I rarely go in here but when I do I am pleased with the level of customer service.

No issues, found what I wanted and checked out. Cashier was friendly. They also have Redbox outside, got a few movies.

Employees always pleasant, store is always clean and easy to find items.
