The CVS on 14 in Palatine, IL always has friendly, helpful staff, is well organized and easy to navigate and the bathrooms are actually CLEAN. Unlock local competitor… CVS has the best coupons that actually save you money and it is greatly appreciated. I literally just paid $33 instead of about $80!

Mostly everyone is helpful. I really like the older, female cashier. She is always so sweet and helpful. She always makes sure to point out if I have some useful coupons on my long receipt.

I have been using this location for over 4 years. Everyone is extremely helpful on the the non-pharmacy side as well as the pharmacy side. They pay great attention to detail and are really a lovely group of people. As far as lines, tell me where in America now days that there isn't a little line. I look at it as a time to impulse shop. LOL

Pharmacy is a great help

During my visit to CVS for knee caps, I found the selection somewhat limited. Fortunately, a helpful staff member, whose name I unfortunately don’t know, provided assistance by explaining and guiding us through the available options. The store’s cleanliness was noteworthy, contributing to a positive shopping experience. The staff, in general, displayed a good level of customer service.

However, it was observed that on the right side of the entrance, some articles were not properly arranged, creating an untidy appearance. This minor discrepancy in presentation was a noticeable aspect that could be improved for a more aesthetically pleasing first impression. Despite this, the overall experience at CVS was satisfactory, with attentive staff and a clean environment.

Always a friendly staff in the pharmacy and store. Front end cashiers are always helpful and courteous, with the exception of a younger male that's been there over a year. Dude just seems like we're wasting his time and doesn't want to be there. It's retail, quit if you can't work with the public. Otherwise, everyone else is wonderful.

Relatively standard CVS. I've had no trouble with my prescriptions there, I've always found what I was looking for, and aside from the lines at the cashier getting lengthy on occasion (typically due to difficult customers in my experience) the service has been very good.

CVS...ok...plenty of parking.
