Arlington International Racecourse

Wonderful venue. Well laid out and plenty of room. Some areas still closed, but betting machines were well spaced and convenient.
Beautiful grounds and track. Different areas allow for different experiences from tailgating style experience to elegant dining. Family friendly and fun for everyone.

An awesome spot to watch horse racing and to bet on the results. However, it is much more than that. We attended a private event. The rooms are beautiful. The staff is professional and friendly. The food was delicious. The grounds are breathtaking. It is a relaxing and comfortable experience wherever you are seated to watch the races. Of course, it is also exciting if you have some skin in the game!

Last season: Very sorry to see this beautiful track being closed after this year but, the owners let the community, employees and racing fans down.

This is a wonderful place to spend an afternoon watching thoroughbred racing. It will definitely be missed....

A beautiful track set in the northern suburbs with so much green and energy to make any visit sublime if you love horses or excitment. Breakfast at Arlington is also great way to enjoy the park and see how the thoroughbreds go thru their morning paces. Held every first Sunday in summer, it's a great outing for the day.

Went to a racecourse for the first time and it was a fun experience. On Sunday they had activities for kids like a petting zoo and pony ride for free. You can get your own food. The entrance ticket is $10 per person.

So sad to see this place transition into something different. Really enjoyed going to the races. If you don't count concession purchases, I close this place as a winner on my bets.

Always fun to watch the ponys run on the weekends. Good food venues and can get a little pricey. Don't bring more than you can afford to lose. Check the website to know what is going on and for admission costs.

I simply love Arlington International Racetrack. The grounds are so beautiful and the place itself is kept so sparkling clean. The service was also excellent. Our visit was so enjoyable, and we'll definitely be returning.

A day at the races, what can I say. We were invited by owners to come and experience the normal routine of the backside - even more facinating. Spectacular fall weather, the beautiful coiffed grounds of Arlington, the anticipation of a good race or in our case - a great daily workout, observed with great friends. It doesn't get much better.

A great place for everyone. It is kid friendly, safe and above all immaculate. All the latest in race track set uo, with betting in everyway you can imagine. In additio. It has track feeds fro. Around the country. The low end food is barely passabe, but it improves from there. Go to the restuarant if you want a r es al meal

This is my place to go for Mothers Day ...year after year , after year! I was able to snag the Miller Lite Room with a private balcony and food was included. Weather stunk so having the indoor area with plenty of high quality HD TVs was a happy addition. Food was buffet style, with asparagus, 3 different tasty salads, pork, Turkey (neither was fried out), apple smoked bacon, small red potatoes, and a wonderful garlic, white cheese, pasta! Private bathrooms, a bar, and fresh fruit, and desserts ended the day perfectly!

What a beautiful place to visit and have fun with your whole family. Hopefully, it will be around for a while.

Went there for a Friday afternoon event/races. Free concert and the atmosphere is awesome. Free parking and inexpensive admission. They make it easy to wager and have fun. Lots of fun people watching. Easy to win!! You can bring your kids, or not.

I absolutely love this place. It's like stepping into another world. It's as if this is the one thing that has survived the past unchanged and survived into our era. People dress like they are going to church but rather than the salvation of their souls, the objective is drinking cocktails, smoking cigars and gambling. If you haven't been here then you're definitely missing out. And don't be put off by the above description, despite the attractions I have already mentioned, this place also finds a way to be kid friendly. You'll love it here.

Has been a long time since my last visit and as far as I can tell everything has changed for the better. Great to see this beautiful track again

We love to go to Arlington. It a clean Friendly place to spend the day. The Metra train (Union Pacific Northwest UP-NW) drops you off at the parking lot and of course picks you up the same few steps from the front doors. Eat at your trackside table or choose from one of the onsite restaurants. The Cowboy Grill is our top pick with a great outside view.

Nice time ! We had great seats and staff is friendly. Good drinks and decent food. Lots of variety for food and drink.

Too bad it's the last year. What a great time and better experience viewing from the suite.

Had a great time betting on horses and then losing. I enjoyed Megan's company sooooo much today!!! And a rainbow to boot...it always reminds her of her dad.....sweet.
