This place is great. It is big and has an assortment that is off the charts. Especially if you want a meal to go from the deli/sushi/prepared food section. Love the soup and salad bar. Amazing meat. Spectacular wine section. Great floral. This place has it all. It had a “specialty upscale food store” vibe, but prices on many things were super reasonable!
Also love the Vero coffee and gelato shop !

This is a great store to do the shopping. It is stocked well, and has plenty of variety, and diversity in the food avaliable. Lovely employees, and great deals!

busy busy busy always a line at the meat section always lying at the register but all in all this is the only place I trust for me being fresh I'have try other stores and there are old Meat portraying to be fresh but to each its own. a lot of stuff you can choose from and always something new to try so don't stick to the usual and try something new they have a lot of products you can choose from

The deli is always full of fresh product and they always have what I need. The deli manager is very kind and also very very cute. I would order ham from him any day. Thanks Kris! Good job Mariano's.

Kim in the pharmacy is wonderful. When I was too sick to enter the store, she went above and beyond! I needed numerous prescriptions and OTC vitamins to buy. Kim was happy to gather everything for me, let me pay over the phone, and brought everything out to my car. She had a great attitude about it too! I was so very thankful. Fantastic customer service! Thank you, Kim!

My husband and I ordered our wedding cake and cupcakes through the Palatine Mariano’s bakery and we’re so happy we did! Mariano’s offered options that helped keep our dessert cost in check and working with their team was really easy. Not only was our desert ready on time, but our cake and cupcakes were delicious!! My absolute favorite was the 10” vanilla buttercream cake with a sugar crystal base and frosting that looked like it was delicately dripping. We only took a bite during our cake cutting, but had to keep coming back for more — it was THAT good. Thanks bakery team, we appreciate you!

I went to the pharmacy and they are absolutely super nice people and the cost are so much lower than Walgreens or Jewel. The store employees directed me where to go they were nice too the place was clean definitely a place to shop at

In these crazy times, we have been leaning heavily on order/pick up and it’s been hit or miss. Hiccup with my order today missing all my deli stuff totally $46. However, pleasantly helpful was Dawn who calmly addressed the issue, even while training new and very busy staff. Because of the excellent customer service, will be confident returning customer at this Mariano location, even when other grocery locations are closer to where I live. Wanted to express gratitude for all that you do.

I enjoy the clean and bright atmosphere and everyone there is friendly and helpful. The produce area is fantastic and fully stocked. Yes, it can get really crowded at the deli and meat counters but they have such great brands. I am lucky enough to have two stores near me. Keep up the great work Mariano's Fresh Market.

I was this crazy person who did not have her wallet and lost her car key while running back and forth between the store and the car trying to pay by check on a Friday evening, with 2 dogs in the car. Everyone working there tonight was so helpful and kind, although we could not find the key, they kept looking and talked me through this stressful situation. Thank you everyone who helped me or just talked to me to keep this stressful situation less bad.

Always a great experience.. Who Knew grocery shopping could be so much fun ?? Mitch who works the front end is right on point and James in the sandwich area ..wow his chicken sandwich with the Gardiner is outstanding and made to order when they don't have one out .

Been getting cakes from here for years. Always happy and always so many compliments. They do an amazing job and make it very easy!

I love shopping at Mariano's in Palatine. The store is clean & the vegetables and fruit are fresh. The employees are all friendly and remember your name when you go back multiple times like me. The best part about shopping at Mariano's is being able to pick up or drop off your prescriptions. Steve the pharmacist is awesome. He always has a smile on his face he remembers me and goes and gets my prescription right away. I always I have a smile on my face when I leave the store.

I love the store and loved the fresh orange juice. Most helpful and caring pharmacist. Sana took her time and explain to me on the otc medication which I couldn't find anywhere. She made a special order and came the next business day. This is a one stop shop for food and all your medicine needs.
