Love the high quality of Grocery item s at Cosco. Both Hearing and Glasses departments are independant. Vision for glasses are very good and flexible. I ordered glasses here and they took them back & returned my money when they could not make the prescripion i needed. The vision for 1 of my eyes was +11. They only go to +10.00. Good people here. Liquor prices for wine and distilleries are very low. Their generic wine, Vodka, and Gin taste great and lower than Binny's.

We bought a couch and were worried about loading into our truck. Jeremiah and Max were amazing, offered to help us load it and made everything fit perfectly. They are the best!!! Thank you for your amazing help! Give them a raise

Love Costco!! Biggest issue is that it’s usually pretty crowded but that can make it fun! Food court is always a tasty value. Parking is sometimes problematic but usually find a spot. Always plan on spending 1/2 to 1 hour longer than planned. Be sure to have membership card with you!

It's a busy location, but they do a good job with keeping people moving along and getting all your shopping done. The employees are all very helpful as well.

I had a minor issue that required the help of a manager. While I was waiting for the manager, the GM stopped to help me and I have never felt more heard. The issue was immediately resolved. Truly reasonable customer service!

Great for families, or your just really hungry all the time. Gas prices are good. Be prepared to wait on weekends, this Costco is always really busy

I love Costco but I have to be careful about what I buy their sizes are too big. I use their optical department too. The prices are good and the glasses are good.

We've pretty much switched to buying the majority of our groceries from here because it just makes sense friom a cost perspective. The staff are always great and helpful and there's always a good selection of food.

Bought some salt, 6.59 for 50 lbs. Good deal if you need water softener salt.

Always super friendly employees! Almond danishes......I can't stop eating them. Thank you Bakery! Ground beef went up 20 cents/lb. Took longer than I had anticipated. Still a great deal! Can't beat the $4.99 chickens either! If you can get one. 🤣🤣

I had a really good experience at the Costco eye clinic in St Charles. The Dr. was knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. The front desk person was pleasant and efficiently handled everyone who called or came in. I highly recommend the Dr and this Clinic.

Great selection of merchandise and whiskey’s. Checkout line was long, but moved surprisingly fast. Keep up the good work.

One of the best Costco branches I’ve visited! Very friendly staff! They have great alcohol choices from wine to whiskey to vodka to tekila, to rum and many more… it’s nice to visit this Costco branch when you are in Charles area!

I have a Costco near my house in Bartlett but I prefer to go to this one. Can't quite describe it but my experience has always been better here than the one near my home.

Costco in St Charles is an excellent store that offers a wide variety of high-quality products at competitive prices. The store is clean, organized, and well-maintained, with helpful staff members who are always ready to assist customers. And don't forget to grab a hot dog on your way out!

Jessie was such a great help to me yesterday. My husband forgot a food item at checkout and when I came back she not only remembered and went and got it for me but also walked me to the door! She was amazing and went above and beyond! Thank you Jessie!
