Daniel and Nick did a nice job. Showed up on time and got to work quickly to replace our furnace. Put in a lot of time and effort to install a new unit and fix some existing venting and drainage issues. Showed me everything and explained what all was done. Provided the information I need to register for the warranty. Respected my home and cleaned up. Overall a great experience for a not so great situation.

We just moved into Sleepy Hollow and the current 75 gallon water heater needed to be replaced. Using google I searched local companies and Lifeline plumbing was one of the top rated in the area. Mike D was our installer and he was excellent. He came out to look at our current situation and gave us immediate quotes on several different options. We ended up going with a tankless water heater. Our original quote was on a Friday and they scheduled and completed the job on the following Tuesday. Mike D was professional, personable and most importantly did an excellent job installing the new tankless water heater. He also kept is in the loop the day of the install showing progress. I’d use Lifeline and Mike D again.

5 stars. I used to use 4 Seasons until they didn’t show and then had no way to make a sooner appointment. Glad it happened because now I have a new favorite with Lifeline, scheduling was easy and very friendly, they sent email and text reminders, and even have a tracker for when the tech is on the way. Jimmy was on time each of the 2 visits and furnace is working great and now I finally have a working Humidifier that the other place would’ve charged way too much to replace for a single home owner. I definitely reccomend!

Sam and his apprentice Tyler came out for an issue I was having with my shower. He called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way and when he would arrive. He was very kind, knowledgeable and had my shower fixed in no time. He also made sure to ask if I had any questions or concerns prior to leaving. Highly recommend. Thanks Sam and Tyler!

Lifeline was great!! John and Art both came to help us out, and were able to come the same day... our sump pump was old and the piping was cut too short. They were both very informative about the different pump options and how they would ensure the pipes would be cut appropriately. Our sudden water in the basement was quickly fixed. Thank you so much!

This company was truly a LIFELINE that rescued me and restored my heat when another company had caused an issue, then just walked away. They were extremely professional, the technician was extremely knowledgeable, and the repair was expediently executed. I highly recommend them. There was a short delay while the needed parts were being located and shipped, during which time extra space heaters were kindly and generously provided.

This team was great! Nathan came out and looked at everything that another company said they did. They came out and gave me a fair quote and also kept me and the family up to date on the pipeline they had to replace. Appreciate them and would recommend them to anyone else looking for work that needs to be done.

Miguel did a great job. He was there in a reasonable time explained everything in detail had us up and running in about one hour or so. Would use this company again. Miguel was so nice.

10/10 wonderful employee. Not only was he extremely considerate and kind, he was also fantastic at his trade. He treated my service dog with compassion and understood my PTSD due to his background. He also made sure to clean up any mess he made. Very professional and easy to get along with. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I truly wish him the best! Thank you again!

Thank goodness for Lifeline!!! Woke up to my furnace not working & a freezing cold house. Lifeline was here by 9:30 am, and Daniel D. did and amazing job installing our new furnace. Was extremely respectful to our house & so polite. I highly recommend this company.

My neighbor friend recommended Lifeline after I had some water in the basement. Mike D was great to work with and explained what was causing the issue along with providing instant quotes. He answered all of my questions and even showed me the old ejector pump and the new one that was being installed. I had some additional questions regarding the sump pump and he provided me with recommendations. Mike D was very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to. We are grateful to Lifeline for sending Nate out yesterday to assess the location and reason for the water gushing into our basement and to do a few necessary repairs inside our house. We’ve actually heard good things about other plumbers at Lifeline, but honestly we’d ask for Nate every time. This guy knows his stuff and is super motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty to do right by his customers….down to the last detail. How impressive is it in this day and age to meet someone of Nate’s generation who is so extremely knowledgeable and experienced at his job, so eager to do thoroughly excellent and proper work, and who is equally talented at clearly communicating his process and also empathizing with the people he is serving. People who excel at their profession and have good people skills are especially valuable to my husband and I.

Sam and Kyle did an excellent job swapping out two faucets and adding new valves under my kitchen sink. They were in and out in an hour which I thought was amazing. They both explained the options available to me regarding products they offer, and even though I provided my own faucets, there was no pressure for an upsell. They were very easy to work with and Back again for another project. They were here the same day I called in job was completed. I’m very satisfied.

Sam & Will are lovely gentleman. They did a great job re-piping my kitchen drains, replacing my sink, faucet and garbage disposal! They were very kind and honest.

I am so pleased to report a positive outcome with this company. I had a major problem with my water heater leaking. I called so many different companies and got the run around. But then I came across Lifeline Plumbing. The customer service team was very professional and welcoming. The technician they assigned to my home was Miguel .He was nice, respectful, professional, and gave me hope that they could help solve my problem. He got the job done shortly after and I was so grateful for his help. He was dedicated and professional, and really did an amazing job. Thanks to this company, I now have a new water heater that I feel safe with. Dealing with this problem caused me a lot of stress, and this company really helped me get back to my normal life. I would definitely contract their services again if needed. Thank you lifeline plumbing, but specifically Miguel. If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would. 10 out of 10.

James Kieras arrived to help with our furnace. He helped us years ago with an emergency call out where he was exceptional. Nothing had changed since the last time he assisted us. We were told it could be a while, but he showed up quicker than the anticipated time. He was polite, thorough, and informative. This company is so professional from the first phone call to schedule an appointment. Got me in right away. You get text notifications all along regarding appointment.
Then Mike D. showed up, explained everything very thoroughly, gave a great price, did very neat tidy work, was so easy to talk to and answered all our questions!
We have a new toilet and new injector pump, all working perfectly!
