Was referred by a long time Ace customer. Spoke with Wes about an order for a 1000 double wall tank, 700 ft. of various lines, 2 reels, 2 pumps and an enclosed reel cabinet. Wes did a great job interviewing me then never produced the quote, did not call back nor did he return several messages left. Order must have been over his head. Would have been nice to have been told that sooner than later. This order now purchased from other vendors amounted to over $40,000. Don’t waste people’s time, Wes. By the way, I also gave this feedback to your customer.
