First Home just replaced my roof. I can’t say enough good things about them. From Bryan Shaughnessy’s first knock on my door, to the follow up from Bryan and Randy Clark to the actual job itself. The crew was meticulous, treated my home and yard with care, completed the job in one day and cleaned up everything! Communication was excellent prior to the job, Seville made sure everything got covered, Don oversaw the work and explained several details to us. Wish I could add all the crew’s names; they are some of the hardest working, most conscientious people in America. Thank you First Home Improvement!

Kevin and the entire team at First Home were fantastic. He worked around my schedule even when I knew it was probably an inconvenience for him. Kevin and his team were always quick to respond to all my questions via text, email or phone. The roof and siding were installed quicker than I expected. The final result looks great. My sales rep Brian Shaughnessy. He worked with us very well. The roofing crew did the hard work. My suggestions for improvement: 1. Have the manager on site at the time of roof installation as the crew may not be fluent in English, 2. Recommend wider gutters for a home of my size because of potential clogging, 3. Take on other job functions such as any bad wood replacement as a result of possible covered damage such as hail even though it is a little hard to prove. 4. Provide and delegate more power to your sales person who is in contact with the customer, 5 Accept electronic payment.

1st Home did a great job replacing our roof! They were efficient, took less time than we thought, and were thorough. We worked with Kevin Pastrano. He was so pleasant and patiently answered our questions! We had a few issues getting approval from our HOA, but it was easy to work together and get it done. If you have any roof issues, talk to Kevin and hire 1st Home! You will not regret it!

This was a great experience from beginning to end! I had had many contractors come through promising a roof replacement at almost no cost if they were able to find hail damage. I was very skeptical and waited till someone I knew had gone through the process. After 3 years of searching I finally got a reputable lead for First Home Improvement from a friend of mine and decided to give it a shot.

The first meeting was with a salesman who explained the process and showed us some of the available options, discussed any additional work I wanted done (we had our roof and siding replaced and 100% covered outside of deductible and additional work requested). After some initial decisions were made, in came Raymond (managing director). This guy was amazing, he knows all the insurance codes, which insurance companies are more difficult, and pretty much how to get the insurance company to pay for everything. This is not a guarantee but at no point in time did I feel obligated to go through with the construction until I knew that it would be fully covered. That is their promise and the three additional people I have referred have had the same experience. I now have them replacing the roof on my Mothers house and I could not be happier that Raymond is taking care of her home.

As for the actual construction, they used high quality GAF certified products on the roof and a 25 year warranty. The project started in April of 2023 and I was very concerned with all the nails and construction debris that would be unseen at the end of the day. Raymond had the crew brought out extra high powered magnets so the whole team would spend extra time every day making sure my girls were not going to step on a nail or get cut by some piece of aluminum. As for the quality of work I could not be happier, it looks amazing, no more leaks, and new gutters.

I would highly recommend working with Raymond and First Home Improvement, he is true to his word, does great work and will work with you through the whole process.

I had a great experience with FHI on replacing my roof. I worked with Brian Shaughnessy and Seville on my project. They are both very professional and worked with my insurance carrier to get my claim approved. They were also able to arrange a date at the last minute to replace my roof right before I was supposed to start my new work from home job (to avoid all the noise). I had a smooth experience throughout the whole process and will definitely be using them in the future.

We had hail damage to our home along with water damage to 2 interior ceilings and were in need of a new roof, siding, gutters and interior repairs on ceiling. We met with sales representative Dominick who was absolutely the best salesperson to walk us through the process from start to finish. When it came to the actual replacement of roof, siding, gutters & repairs on interior ceiling we were very fortunate to have Don, supervise the build/repairs to final completion. It was reassuring to have his expertise available and see the transformation from start to finish. Our home looks amazing! The workmanship 1st Home Improvement offers is above and beyond and thanks to the help of Lisa in front office who coordinates scheduling and leadership to Seville who managed production and billing, along with rest of staff we now can rest assured that our home is completed and would highly recommend them to others.
