The Farm Bar and Grille

This place is an amazing restaurant. Our server Alex was outstanding. He had such a positive attitude & really made our date more enjoyable with a couple of laughs. The drinks & food arrived in a timely manner. Everything was delicious, I highly recommend coming here for your next dinner out. Thank you to The Farm staff for a wonderful experience.

My husband and I dined her on Friday night. It wasn’t really crowded for a weekend, and we chose to sit at the bar. I ordered an SMASHED APPLE WHISKEY MULE. It was really good, and would go back for more! There were several drinks I would want to try on future visits. We placed our appetizer and food orders. Our starters were fried pickle chips, and jalapeño poppers egg rolls. (Good, but 🌶 spicy). Our food came out really quickly, with my burger an APPLE JAM BURGER and husband’s PULLED PORK SANDWICH. I was only able to eat half my burger, because we just got too much food to finish. My husband ate his whole sandwich, but hadn’t eaten much of the appetizers and was hungrier than I was. The prices for drinks was a bit higher than the menu online is, but considering inflation over the past couple of years, it isn’t outside the range. At 6:00 pm, (or so) a performer started playing some pretty good background music. Bottom line—we would go again!

Stopped in for a late lunch on a Saturday. Very friendly and welcoming staff and a nice atmosphere. We ordered the bbq pulled pork nachos, they were amazing. The service was fantastic and I can’t wait to come back here again

I Doordashed sweet chili dry rubbed chicken tenders today with fries as well as the mozzarella bites. The chicken was out of this world. Perfectly cooked, juicy, fresh, so much flavor etc. The food was still so hot even with a 10 minute drive. They prepared it so well even in take out containers. Best chicken I have had in a very long time. And you simply can't beat the fries!

We sat near the wood stove, which gave a nice atmosphere. We were not rushed, but it was early afternoon, and they were not very busy. Our waitress was very friendly.

We stopped at the Farm for lunch after morning walk in the woods. I ordered the pulled-pork quesadilla; it was absolutely amazing. The plate was piled high, and the leftovers make a great lunch for the next day. Our server, Alex, was friendly, welcoming, attentive, and had a great sense of humor. We will add the Farm to our list of great restaurants in the Seacoast.

Food was excellent and the wait time was minimal for the large group we had. Alex gave us the best service we could have asked for. Will definitely be back next time I'm in the area.

Katie is a great bar tender. Drinks were great! Such a great atmosphere with amazing live music on Thursday nights. Highly recommend if you are looking for a great time with delish food!

Fun place, good food, quick service for a part of 10 who had to make an opening curtain for a play!!!!! Great one, good comfortable atmosphere.

The service was outstanding, atmosphere was very relaxing in bar area at a high top and the meal was splendid. Been here 4 or 5 times when on business in NH, visiting my son at college. I would highly recommend it.

Two of my friends brought me here for my 52nd birthday lunch, as I had never been. Our waitress was amazing, so friendly and prompt!
People truly DO eat with their eyes and their presentation did NOT disappoint! My eyes were WIDE open when the waitress set the plates down!!
She ended our meal with a slice of turtle cheesecake (with a birthday candle) and it was the best I have had in years!! I will definitely become a regular here, and plan to bring other first timers to experience this!

Katie is the best bartender in Dover! I go to a lot of the bars around here, and there is no other bartender around here like her. I always look forward to Thursdays! Thanks for being AWESOME, Katie! The food at The Farm is always so good too, and I also love the live music.

Food taisted great and was above expectations I had the pulled porque which I hear is a staple of this place. I enjoyed the location, taking my seat on the outdoor deck overlooking the river. The staff was friendly and got everything right. I would definitely recommend eating here.

The food was delicious! We got honey garlic chicken tenders with fried pickles and Thai lettuce wrap. I got the yummy gummy cocktail. Everything was so tasty and we had such a great time. The service was on point and the view was beautiful. That was the best cocktail I've ever had, I love the gummy bears in the drink! My husband and I will be back !

The atmosphere is calming and inviting. We sat on the deck and had a nice view of the river. Our waitress was amazing, she even brought out a water dish and some treats for our dog. The food was very good, everything we got was very good, but a bit on the pricey side aswell. A great place for good food and business casual dining.

I went to The Farm for the first time and it was a great experience. Alex are server came over because we hadn’t been waited on and offered to take us. He was great and very polite.The food was delicious

Wife and I went here for dinner one Thursday night about 6:30ish. No wait to sit. Server was out promptly, took our order for a couple drinks and some jalapeno poppers to start with. The drinks came out shortly after and were really good. Server noticed that my drink had too much pineapple juice in it, this was given away by the color of the drink. The drink was fine, but I thought it good that the servers took notice of stuff like that. Poppers came out and they were amazing. Instead of the little things you get from most places, which are usually just the skins from the jalapeno fried up, these were big and juicy. Food came out on good time after we were done with our appetizer. I had gotten the fish tacos and my wife got the fajitas with chicken. Both were excellent. The fish was tender and juicy, and the chicken smelled and tasted really good. Definitely would recommend this place to everyone. Menu wasn't overbearing with choices, but there werent too few either. Some restaurants try too hard to have a big selection and end up having too many options, and then the quality of a dish can suffer. At the end of the night, we were extremely satisfied and will definitely be coming back.

I’ve lived on the Seacoast for 8 years and The Farm is my favorite restaurant in Dover! Their mozzarella bites are a must get every time and Carrie is consistently amazing!! If you have the chance definitely try it out and get a pair martini (or 3)

Stopped in for lunch with a friend today and sat at the bar. Courtney is amazing and very attentive to her patrons!! She was right on top of things and it is very clear she has tons of experience! Will definitely stop in again for a Sunday funday lunch!
