Noggin Factory Toy Shop

This is by far, the best toy store we have ever been to. The store is great, and there are play areas for the kids to play while you shop. It's also a good way to test out some of the toys they have on display. The customer service is excellent, and the prices are reasonable. The parking can be difficult at times though, but once you are parked and inside, it's worth it. They have lots of great toys for kids of all ages, and offer many things that other toy stores don't. I must admit, I always do online comparison shopping when I'm in stores, and many of the products offered here were reasonably priced compared to online stores.

I could have spent all my money in here on gifts for our nieces and nephews. They have a good selection of toys for a wide age range. Toys range from just fun to science projects. Very friendly staff also. We are not from the area but seemed like they had a list of events for local families.

My Son & I have a blast every time we come in. He says "This is the new toys r us" 😊(better priced my opinion ) Staff are very attentive & friendly. They have awesome learning games + toys a good variety. If your buying a gift they will wrap it for you no charge. It's a very nice environment, we will definitely be back !

Love visiting Noggin Factory! The owner is wonderful and everyone there is helpful and educated on what the store carries. I love shopping for my grandson there and he attends Music Together classes there, as well, because the owner generously allows then to be held there. I can't say enough about what a great small business this is in Dover. I always go there first to give them my business before looking anywhere else 😁

Love the selection, my children always have fun coming here. Helpful, kind employees who have gone out of their way to make purchasing easy for me. The gifts I bought, were brought out to my car for me &snuck into my trunk while I distracted the kids ❤ sincerely thank you!

Wonderful toy shop where I can find something for anyone! They have a great variety of items that are fun and creative and different than you will find in your big box stores. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful! And they will even gift-wrap for free! Love this place!

Awesome toys and games. Strategically located across from the Children's Museum. I don't have children, but I often give them gifts. So I shop here-- and kids like what I get them. Also, great book selection for children.

Noggin Factory is the best place to go for high quality toys. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful, plus gift wrapping is a major bonus!

Best toy shop in the are. My wife is a speech pathologist for children and she finds plenty of educational toys for her practice. There are toys for a wide range of ages available. The Dover children's museum is right across the street so a lot of people take their children here to grab a toy before or after a museum visit.

Great location directly across the street from the children's museum. Great selection of toys for all ages. Helpful staff and fun play area for kids in the back. On street parking or park in the lot by the river.
