7-Eleven

7-11 is an institution. The slurpy is definitely the best frozen soft drink at any price. This particular store may look a bit ragged both inside and out. Although your first impression of the store may be less than ourstanding, this particular has very friendly employees, is never crowded, and most importantly, the slurpy machines are always up and running. I am usually a Cumberland Farms fan, but chill zone frozen drinks can't even begin to compare with 7-11s ambrosia nectar known as a slurpy.

This location is the only store open 24/7 in downtown Dover. Customers must be 21 years of age or older to purchase tobacco within Dover city limits, and liquor is sold from 6 am to 11 30 pm at this store. There are no public restrooms at the 7/11, and the lobby/bathroom at the Dunkin Donuts next door is closed from 10 pm to approximately 430 am. The closest public 24/hr restroom is in the police station lobby, five blocks away from the store. The entrance to the store is handicap accessible with automatic opening doors, and the counter is within reach and below eye level for most seated customers. Service animals are welcome in the store at all times, and clerks are happy to assist any customers obtain items from shelves. The store takes EBT, cash, and most major credit cards as well as payment via cellphone technology.

It isn't fault of the employees, but this store is kind of sketchy. There is always some questionable people sitting in font of the store or shopping inside. To give them credit, they carry propane tanks which you can swap (empty for full), saved me couple of times.

Its not 24 hours, the nearest seven eleven is an hour walk away and then I was told they would be back to normal the 22nd of april. Its the 24th of april and they just moved there hours from closing at 8pm to closing at midnight, like every other store. Not back to normal or even the "what I had assumed is a standard" across all the stores. The selling point is the 24 hours, becacuse trust me its not your prices or service.
