Juls, Harper and team are awesome! Always great communication, products and turnaround time. They’ve even gotten to know us and how we like our finishing. Highly recommend.

While helping us, Juls was friendly and engaging. After we told her that we were printing things for our friends birthday party she gave us great ideas which are definitely going to make the night better. This made an impact for us as we felt this was beyond what is typically expected with regard to customer service. Happily surprised.

Lisa helped me this evening with only 10 minutes until closed and she was simply wonderful. She was patient, kind, and helpful at the most annoying time a clueless customer could come into the store. She helped as well as flagged me down when I left my freaking wallet in the store.

Both employees on shift were extremely friendly! I’ve had awful experiences at UPS stores and I will be doing my business here from now on. I was made to feel welcome immediately and I didn’t feel like I was an inconvenience too. Thank you very much!

The staff here have been extremely helpful TWO times in a row. They went above & beyond to help me with printing my package labels & ensuring my boxes were securely taped up. The staff are also very friendly.

I always get great customer service when I drop off packages, and Tom has been especially helpful lately.

This place is great! I've had some bad experiences with FedEx as a whole but this branch had redeemed them! They are always friendly, get things done in a timely manner, and responsive to email, and really go above and beyond. I called them up because I was in a jam to see if they could help me and they really came through even though they ended up being busy that day!

I'm not sure if this place got better at service when I came in or maybe I had some very competent staff that day... I'm honestly confused by the bad reviews. So, pandemic times are rough, but the two guys working the counter were very helpful in guiding me through the process of shipping a handmade wedding veil to my sister across the country. I was super concerned about it considering it was embroidered with pearls. They helped me choose a safe way to ship it by the wedding date without completely breaking the bank. Just know that FedEx is going to be more expensive, but at least they don't lose my mail like other services (can't really blame the USPS for being gutted by the orange man though). Overall, I'm so happy to say I could track the precious package the whole way and sis looked stunning in it on her big day. So in a way I could be there with her. Thanks y'all.

I called 30 minutes before closing because I needed something for the next day, Jude said he was happy to help and gave me an address to email the image to. Once I got there he very nicely let me know the image I sent wasn’t a clear enough pixelation but worked it over to try and make it clearer, it looked great. He then took the time to make sure I got the best price and carefully cut and crafted the signs i ordered, going past closing. I am so grateful for his hard work and professionalism and will be coming back - before closing time!

I went in on Friday morning and the gentleman that helped me was friendly, service-oriented, and understood I was in a rush. All I needed was to print something short for an event that was starting, and he was fantastic and didn't even charge me! I've used other FedEx Kinkos before (and that location one prior time), and this was one of my best experiences to date, so thank you! Wish I caught the gentleman's name, as would have loved to commend him to his manager. Thanks for great service, with a smile and extra kindness.

Teresa & Alex are fantastic! I needed a TON of posters printed in an insanely amount of time for work.. everyone said no EXCEPT Teresa & Alex. Teresa even offered to come back after hours or open the store early to help me. Fortunately, it didn’t come to that but I sure do appreciate the effort! Thank you soooo much!!!

I am here in Seattle on Holiday and brought some of my design work with me. I needed to make some oversize copies and found the FedEx Office and print shop 4 miles away. The branch manager was very professional and courteous. Thank you for the outstanding customer service!

I print illustrations, often at non standard sizes and the staff here actually cares for the final product; they make suggestions on paper, make sure the document is true to size, etc. I have never run into that in other fedex printing centers. They are great.

The company I work for does a lot of printing and mailing through this FedEx and we love them! They are always super quick to turn our printing jobs around and know us all by name. I would highly recommend working with them.

This is My favorite FedEx in Seattle. This place does everything, ship, print , fax, pickup,even from Walmart. Basically has the same services as a post office/ printshop but better and the customer service is top notch the best I've come across atleast. The employees are friendly, professional and at the same time so very fast! They actually care about "long lines" each time I've been in there I've had to wait anywhere from 30sec. - 2 min tops. Also last but not least they are open late! In conclusion this place gets a 5* from me. Thx. Also @ the reviewer that mentioned USPS I agree sometimes the prices do get mixed up however typically the staff will make it right for you if you explain what happened. And for sticking with USPS.thier prices are generally cheaper ,Yes.it's a free country go anywhere you please. that's (If you don't mind the hour long lines sometimes stretching all the way from the entrance to teller) with NO A/C in summer time lol. IMO, I'll pay that extra couple dollars.

Great that they have a parking lot since it is in the plaza! Not a huge place compare to other locations, but it does the job very well! Staff are friendly and willing to help!
