The meal, along with customer service here was excellent. We got the kaloua pork🐖 & IT WAS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. It had the savory notes, but also sweet that would make you eat till your full (it's a big plate, which comes with rice). The price was decent for the portion size, and recommend this dish for sure!

Stop by to try this restaurant, and i was surprise on how good the food was. The new owner Mr Lam was very helpful and professional. We ordered the calamari and honey walnut shrimp. It was very crispy and packed full with flavor! The chicken wings was juicy and delicious. I will definitely be comin back here to try other dishes!

I wasn't expecting much from a hotel lobby restaurant, but this place does not let its location dictate its quality. I got the pork & shrimp vermicelli bowl and my partner got the shaking beef (on the server's recommendation) and the crab rangoons, and we have zero complaints. Food was good and plentiful and hot, service was excellent, and the restaurant itself is accessible and clean. Will only dock a star from atmosphere for the weird "twinkle twinkle little star" midi music incessantly playing in the hotel lobby, no idea what that's about.

The Ginger Palace has an amazing atmosphere with a very relaxed yet upscale vibe with extremely fair prices. Very polite and tentative group with outstanding customer service. The chicken is so juicy with a kick of spice it literally had me dancing in my seat! Everything was very Fresh and the Chocolate covered in Ice cream was immaculate along with the fried Bananas. Just writing about it I'm ready to double back lol. I will definitely be referring this place to friends .

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE coming here. It’s my hole in the wall spot and the food is delicious. I always order the Specialty Wings when I come. It is a MUST. I’ve never had wings like theirs. Crispy and JUICY at the same time, bursting with so much flavor!!! The new management and family that owns and runs the business are so nice and friendly, and I love that they added more things to their menu which I’m looking forward to trying.

This is my favorite place to Pau Hana after work. Late nights at SeaTac do not have a lot of options. Give Ginger Palace a try! You’ll be glad you did! I like the Chow Fun and the Mongolian Beef. My son loves the Broccoli and Chicken, and my wife gets the Won Ton Mein. If your from Hawaii or Vegas, this spot is Automatic!

Not expecting anything special just stopped in for lunch and went back again the next day. The crispy ginger wings and the wonton soup is just great. Calm quiet atmosphere and sticky colorful cooking videos on the big screen.

We enjoyed the food at the Ginger Palace. The general Tso was fresh and hot with good flavor.

The vegetarian with grilled tofu was delightful. The vegetarian spring rolls had good presentation and were perfectly crispy. Service was quick.

If you are staying nearby the airport then this is a very good option. We stayed at the Ramada because dining options are limited around the airport and this is inside the hotel.

We will definitely be by again.

Everything they bring to the table for their customers smelled so good. I had Cantonese chow mein. It was so tasty! I also ordered Chicken wings and wonton soup to go. Can't wait to have some! Thank you, Ginger palace. I'd love to come back!

This restaurant is amazing. The best pho I ever had and I had pho in many states. The appetizer chicken wings are so juicy and flavorful. This restaurant hidden in Ramada hotel is a five star restaurant. The services was also great. The server was very kind, professional and very attentive. I will definitely be back and will recommend this place to others.

I've eaten here three times, once because it was the only option, and twice after coming from 20 miles away because it is so good and I so much want to support this restaurant and these people. As others mention, being basically in the hotel lobby has one uncertain about what to expect, but the proprietors are amazing hosts, and all of the food I've had is delicious. I hope these folks succeed to their wildest dreams, they deserve it!

This place is amazing the food is awesome service is outstanding !!!! The owner guy went above and beyond for our group and on top of that went above for us to get our keys out of the elevator !!!! Highly recommend this place .... come support his business he's such a good guy and food will not disappoint !!! Mahalo!!!

Without a doubt the best SE asian food I have ever eaten. The chef cooks with passion and love that you can taste and feel in what he serves. Truly delicious food, incredible service and just simply wonderful!

This place is amazing! The owner I think or father is so nice and kind along with everyone there! The service is great. I would definitely go there again when I come back to WA and I would definitely get their boba again ( which is amazing)!!!!

When I received my order I expected it to be good but it was way more than good it was amazing full of flavor. The delivery delivery was well dressed very professional and wait time for delivery was less than 30 minutes I will definitely be eating here again I highly recommend it

A true hidden gem! Under new management, and absolutely amazing! Great food, great atmosphere and aesthetic! Open late Friday-Sunday! Definitely coming back!

Crispy calamari with a good ginger dipping sauce, nice gravy on the broccoli beef, and the chow main was pretty good.

I give this place a 5 star.. why because it was very deceiving.. from first impressions, I thought it was just a Vietnamese restaurant but a night walk into the place showed it was much more!😀. The host/owner was very pleasant, kind, and patient. The reason I gave the atmosphere a 4 star is because I think if the restaurant serves American food their could be a few American dishes showcased so people would know. We bypassed this place the first night because we didn't know their was breakfast in this spot. But other than that it was really great. We went into the restaurant late and the host/ owner cooked, served, cleaned and made sure all of the customers we're taken care of.. 😀 he was moving fast but was kind throughout the night.
The cheese cake was delicious and the wings my husband got we're amazing! Kudos to this place!
