Let me just say that I’m blow away. If you’re under the impression that all dentist are the same you’re wrong! Heather did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. Laura did great at all the x-rays. Marley and Dr. Lee explained the whole process and later out the game plan for my next visit. My insurance had a 12 month waiting period but the whole team did everything they could to make sure I didn’t have to pay an arm and a leg out of pocket. You can tell that they genuinely care about the health of your teeth over financial gain. You can also feel that the work environment is one where everyone is actually happy to be there. I truly can’t see myself switching dentist offices after this visit. Don’t wait run to set your appointment. Even the paperwork process is streamlined! Couldn’t be happier with my service!

I’ve been going to this practice for over a year now . The staff and the dentist are very professional and very friendly. They make you feel very comfortable regardless of what procedure you are having done .i Will continue to see them For all my dental needs . I am pleased with this dental practice .I’m so Glad that I found them !!

I concider myself to have a "problematic" mouth so going to the dentist was always a terrible experience for me. However since coming here to see Dr. Lee and his wonderful assistant Marley I no longer dread my denist appointments like I used to. Everytime I go they are so kind and make sure I am comfortable. They are understanding of my anxieties and never make me feel judged. They even found a way to give me the white smile I always wanted but never thought I could get because of my extreme sensitivity. Thank you both so much!

Dr. Dickinson and Marley were kind and professional making the filling process quick and easy. Dr. Dickinson explains the process and any future dental work well so I have a good understanding of what to plan for. Highly recommend

Dr. Lee is amazing. I have high anxiety when it comes to the dentist and had issues to fix. I shared that before my 1st appointment. Dr. Lee made sure I knew everything he was doing as he was doing it and made sure I didn’t feel a thing. His Hygienist Marley is just as good.. I only see the both of them because they are a great team.. Marley is always nice checking on me. I’ve had several visits and they are so accommodating with my work schedule. Front office staff is great too. I don’t ever leave reviews but Dr. Lee deserves praise! Thank you Dr. Lee & Marley!

I have had multiple fillings there by Dr. Lee Dickinson. Each time has been a pleasant, pain-free experience. Shout out to Marley, whom kept me entertained this time, between waiting’s. My filling’s look great and I’m glad i found this place.

Great experience! The staff are great! I love the doctors, They are wonderful and they Show that they really care. The hygienist are awesome as well! I’m glad I was referred to them. Dr. Lee and Marley the perfect duo. 😊 I had to get an extraction and I’m hard to numb but they made the process a breeze!

Dr. Lee and marley are absolutely WONDERFUL!!! Marley is great at telling you what they are doing thru the process,and encouraging you to breath and relax. Dr.Lee is all business, and very informative about what he's going to be doing. Absolutely wonderful experience with them. Will go nowhere else again!

Absolutely fantastic!!! Great customer service and the clinical staff here are outstanding! 5/5 stars and highly recommend. Ms. Cheyenne, RDH; Ms. Mariah, CDA; and Dr. Dickinson were outstanding. I'm so glad I found this place and grateful they accept such horrible insurance as Tricare 🫡🤣

Highly recommend this facility especially if you have extreme anxiety with dental visits. (I can't even go get a cleaning without medication to keep me calm). They were able to get me in the same day for tooth pain and turned out that it needed to be extracted. Dr. Fickey was so understanding and comforting. Mariah was extremely knowledgeable about how to help me when I started to get a little too nervous. Lauren was brand new but you couldn't even tell as she was right in her element while holding my hand and calming me down. Best trio I could recommend ever!!!

Look no further. Amazing practice. All of the receptionists, assistants & Doctors are true professionals. They all work as a team. Dr C. Fickey is Wonderful and informative. If you suffer from dental anxiety; this practice will put you at ease. You will be taken care of.

My teeth were bad. I had literally never been to the dentist before this year & dr lee and marley make me feel so comfortable. They are both great!

Literally, I am sitting in my car right now writing this review after having a tooth extracted. I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Lee and Marley! Truly the best in Jacksonville and ALL surrounding areas! Thanks guys you all are the best!!!

Dr. Peachee and Marley were Amazing! I needed a Tooth Pulled and the night before my whole side of my face was Swollen out of nowhere. They took me ahead of my schedule and were able to work around the swelling to still extract the tooth! Best Dentist office I have ever been too I highly recommend!

Dr. Lee and Marley are absolutely amazing people. Marley was so comforting to me and helped to calm my anxiety and made me feel valid in my pain. They took care of me as soon as possible. The office is so accommodating and understanding and really listened to my issues and helped me get some relief. Julia at the front desk is so kind and on top of everything helping me with estimates and getting me set up with my insurance. Everyone is always smiling and laughing together and have wonderful attitudes and the environment feels safe and accepting. I absolutely love them and would recommend to anyone.

Hands down; this is the best dental office around. Marley, Alicia, and Mariah are wonderful assistants. They put their hearts into it. You know how you go to dental offices and it’s just a dental office? This place gives you a feeling of home. These assistants are great with children, adults, and people who haven’t been to the dentist in a long time. They are attentive and hold great professionalism.
I have never seen anyone complain about coming here because of their experience with the workers. They treat the patients like patients/family not like customers which is very rare in the dental field these days.
The hygienists work great as a team and love doing deep cleans. You can tell they take pride in their jobs and want to be there. They are very hard workers and deal with many many people. The manager there named Kelly does the insurance and really helps people get a great understanding of what they need so it’s less stressful! The customer service in the front is excellent and just a good atmosphere as soon as you walk in.
The doctors there are all over the place and great with everyone they see. This office does all sorts of things besides clean teeth and do fillings. They provide Botox too! If you don’t come here, you’re missing out because the workers here are wonderful. In Jacksonville this is by far the best experience and care you can get. If I could give this place 10 stars I would!!
