ARRAY OF BEAUTIFUL COLORS OF THE FRESH PRODUCE. HELPS WITH MY NEW VIEWS IN MY LIFE. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. ONLY SUGGESTIONS ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENTS. THANKS FOR FEEDING ME AND MY HUNGRY GROWING TEENS.

Great store. Clean. Staff are very helpful if you need anything at all. Always a pleasant experience.

Food Lion is a great place to shop the people was nice can't say too much about the prices like everywhere else great for handicaps to shop things are easy to find

Clean, newly renovated deli/cold prepared foods. Good pricing, quite a few items better than Walmart. Self and regular checkouts. Employees are kind. Most of my shopping done here.

Last night 07/01/23 (about 7:15pm) as I was traveling from my son’s wedding to his reception, I got separated from the lead driver I was following. My phone had died and I had left my charger at home in my haste to leave. I’m from out of town and was totally lost. I pulled into Food Lion (behind Toby’s lounge in Jacksonville) to get a charger or get some help. I was close to tears as I was missing my son’s reception. The young lady on duty let me use her phone and also drew me a map. I wish I had gotten her name but I was so rattled! She was a young, white woman with long wavy blonde hair. The gentleman employee (silver truck) said that he was going in my direction and said “just follow me”. This kind man took me straight to my destination and GAVE me his charger! I tried to give him a tip but he refused. Wow!! That’s service! Thank you so much! I didn’t miss a thing! Yes, I should have been smarter, but what a rattled, upset Mama I was! 🤗

I had a very good experience at Food Lion. I was looking for one ingredient to make dinner tonight and it was not on the shelf. A Food Lion Associate (Amber) was stocking the shelves and asked me if I was finding what I needed. I told her what I was looking for, she confirmed it was not on the shelf and said she would check the back to see if she could find it. She even asked how many I needed. In a few minutes she was back with a smile on her face and the item I was looking for! Thank you for the five star customer service! KUDOS 👏

Food Lion was great. The people were nice. I walked in the door and asked where something was. The girl happily showed me. Three minutes later, I was outta there. It was semi-busy. Everyone was minding their own business as usual as people should do. The store was clean.

I do love my Food Lion💖 I can usually get everything I need in 1 stop. I've been shopping there since they opened the doors (in the early 90's). If you have a question about something, it doesn't take long to get an answer. The store has always been clean, and inviting. 😀

I was Impressed with the employee's in this store, as I am with the employees in my town in the North East. Just recently purchased a new battery at the AutoZone in Rhode Island, they checked that first, then used a code scanner to narrow down why the check engine light was on. After the employee looked up what the meaning of the code was, he went back to my vehicle, looked at the motor very closely and luckily spotted a cap missing from one of the vacuum line ports.(point of interest). Miraculously, he found THEE cap on another part of the motor, put in in its rightful place and the check engine light shut off in two days.
I wish I could remember his name, because he wouldn't even let me buy him lunch or a coffee. This employee probably saved me at LEAST $100, which is what the Volkswagen dealer wanted to just look at it.
Bottom line... always a great experience dealing with AutoZone and there more than capable employees who have always been willing to help me out, especially in a bind.
Thanks again, guy's and girls, for all that you do everyday. Great Employees do make the difference!!

I called the bakery to ask if they could do Spongebob cupcakes for my daughters birthday. The lady who got on the phone was wonderful! She gave me so much information on what they could do, details on what it would look like, and what kinds of icings are best for certain temperatures. Honestly I was expecting plain cupcakes with those little plastic rings or picks stuck in them. But what I picked up were gorgeous “cakes”, with vibrant colors. You couldn’t even tell these were cupcakes. Then, at the party, we got so many compliments and they were fresh and fluffy. So yummy. Thank you for helping make her party so special

I get my groceries delivered, and with the exception of minor mistakes, they're great to shop with.

This little Food Lion is big on service, decent sales and a fantastic deli/bakery!

Busy, but had enough cashiers to keep things moving. Staff was friendly and there was plenty of merchandise available. Parking lot was pretty full, but not ridiculously crowded. No masks, no dividers, no problems.

Excellent, not you're average curious grocery store but rather, kind of pet friendly. Or at least if you know how to control your pet and act as an adult. They turn they're head and let you be. No problems, no questions asked. Let's not abuse the privilege! Make your pets do as they should.

I only shop at food Lion. Walmart sucks

I have never had an issue at this store. The staff are friendly and very helpful and the registers are opened as needed, so the wait is short. The Deli staff are great and I never have to wait too long to get something sliced. They also have great deals in the meat section and veggies are fresh.

Food Lion as expected. Clean, organized, well stocked. Great hours. Staff is very helpful and polite. Good selection and quality of produce and fresh meats. Purchase sustenance here quite a bit when visiting the area. Very satisfied with this Food Lion and do recommend it to others.

Great place to shop for groceries without having to deal with Walmart. The layout of the store could use some work though. The isles don’t flow too well with shopping. I found myself going back and forth thinking certain things would be closer with like items. But I still give this place 5 stars because the cashier was super nice and checking out was the best part of shopping there.
