🍩 GO TO DUNKIN INSTEAD OF BUX!
No joke. It's cheaper and the employees are way way way nicer than that other place with the mermaid. I'm with others who say go to Dunkin and leave the Mermaid in the ocean. 🌼Quality is just as good in the foods. The coffee is getting there. The donuts are not why I go there! Crazy huh! (I prefer more fried, greasy donuts, Dunkin's are too bready for me). 🌿Add really great customer service (instead of those snotty people who are mad every time we ask them anything at Starbux). I am sold by the customer service of Dunkin Donuts. Smile and give me a decent drink or food for my family and me and I'll be going back! 🍩

I have yet to understand why I wasted money at Starbucks in college. Dunkin is better by far in my opinion. And My favorite drink, Caramel Craze, is always done RIGHT! Good prices, great sanitation and health ratings, and even better flavor! Just be aware of the late night pick-ups. Some orders are served cold if you don't show up early enough for the fresh batch (for me, it was the Snackin Bacon - still delicious though).

I was really impressed when I showed up at approximately 9 AM with a large order. I needed two boxes of Joe to go and two dozen donuts. They were able to fill my order within 5 to 6 minutes and the store was clean. The line was moving quickly and the food was great.
I was a big fan of Dunkin coffee, but they really secured my business with a fast service I received

I have never seen such team work and efficiency from a Dunkin staff. These guys were slammed with a drive thru line around the building and many customers inside. I ordered inside and still got my correct order within 5 minutes of ordering

I just want to say that miss Monica who works here is an Angel on earth. Every interaction between her and a customer has you reevaluating how nice you are to people yourself because she goes above and beyond with every customer who walks in.

Some of the best service I have had in fast food in quite some time. All employees were very polite and extremely nice! Highly recommend if you need coffee or breakfast..

Stopped in on my way out of town as my regular shop was doing a facelift. 9+ vehicles in drive-thru and 2 couples inside. Placed the order and walked out the door two coffees a sandwich and two donuts, in under 5 minutes and the 9th car in line was leaving the parking lot. Could not have expected a better experience.

Better than starbucks. Starbucks isn't that great, But they think they are.

This Dunkin' location is #1 in Jacksonville! The best, friendly service and quality food and a GREAT CUP of JOE!! ALWAYS!!

This is a great Dunkin'! Just stopped today 2/16/23 @ 2:53pm. Line at drive-thru so went inside. They were friendly and OH! The beverages were perfect! We had some special requests and they handled it with ease. This is our favorite Dunkin!

ALWAYS have a happy visit. The crews here have changed over time, but, not the attitudes. I drive out of my way to go to three different places and this is one. Even the late late night crew are happy as hell. So refreshing to so happy employees. I have told them for years but I don't think they reward their employees when they do good... In my opinion

Hit up Dunkin real early at 3:30 am on the way to work. Lady at the window was super nice and service was quick for 2 fancy cold drinks and a couple donuts. Definitely stopping here more now that I know it's close to work!

Very busy on Sundays so my wife asking me to go there on Sunday at 1145 wasn’t intuitively going to end with me having a good experience but it turns out I was mostly wrong. Now getting in the parking lot due to the line isn’t fun but once I got inside the line was short and moving. Staff seemed focused and competent. Prices also friendly as I haven’t bought donuts in awhile. I got in and out and the wife has donuts. Good establishment.

Staff is always friendly, orders correct and ready for pickup when doing online orders. In the last week I have stopped at 2 other Dunkin in town. Never again! I'll drive out of my way to come to this Dunkin or go without.

I tried a few things I haven't had from Dunkin' before, and was very pleased.

The pumpkin cream cold brew was delicious, and I enjoyed the new flavored foamed creams.

The Maple Bacon breakfast croissant is absolutely incredible, seriously you'll want more... The sourdough breakfast sandwich is possibly one of my new favorites too!

What I like about this D D is that every time I come in ... the place is clean and well stocked ( restrooms and dining area). The service is prompt and friendly as well.
The prices are competitive.

I made a drive- thru purchase, and the girl that took my order was awesome...she deserves a raise!!!
