Five Below

Great experience! Greeted soon as I came through the door by what I believe was every employee in the store. It was like a cascading fountain of Welcomes. Store was clean and well put together. I was looking for something specific and when I didn’t see it, I guess I had a defeated look on my face and a very friendly man walked up and ask if he could help me with anything. I told him what I was after (not a very good vague description at that) and he guided me to a couple different areas of the store where I might find what I was looking for. When we didn’t find it, he went out of his way to go look in the back. He returned quite quickly holding not only what I was looking for but brought out three different colors. He was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I genuinely enjoyed every aspect of my experience. He was a tattooed, bearded gentleman named John. I hope Five Below knows they have a keeper! Thank you again John.

Store was crowded but well stocked. The employee at self checkout was friendly. She directed me to an open register and said if I needed any assistance to let her know, as she was helping another customer. In & out fast, found what I needed quickly and easily. A+

A great variety of products at affordable prices ranging from phone cases to squishmallows, snacks, candy, dorm supplies, toys and seasonal items. If there's a fad on social media, odds are Five Below sells it. The store also has a "five beyond" section, with select items above the named range. These products are high quality and have limited runs- be sure to get them before they run out! Featured items are anything between scooters, roller skates and long distance Bluetooth speakers. If you can think it, Five Below has it. Stop by anytime to go shopping, or if you're busy, order online through the app and pick it up when you're available. The staff are always super friendly and are more than happy to help you.

I cannot stress how much I love 5 Below. The best place to take your child to spend their allowance or birthday money. So many cool toys, art supplies, books, shirts, and gadgets etc. to choose from.

They have a lot of really cool stuff.

Such cute home decor and they have outdoor games! Fitness gear is also always a great value.

Employees are super friendly. Store is a bit unorganized but it’s the holidays so expected.

Great place for low-cost supplies. Picked up a Yoga Ball for $5. You can't beat that. They also have art supplies, books, phone accessories, and other stuff. everything is $5-$1!!! Great place to pick-up low-cost toys and board games for kids. The store is always clean and presentable. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Love the customer experience!! Awesome crew members, seems like everyone is happy and eager to help! Five Below is the Chic Fil A of retail (which is the highest compliment btw lol) in terms friendliness and helpfulness

Lovely affortable prices for stuff!

There is always a variety of items to shop for. This store is pretty organized and doesn’t have a messy vibe. Staff is friendly and 9 out of 10 times, I am greeted when I walk in the door.

I love 5 Below! I have rarely ever left this store without a buggy full of nothing I need!! It's fun shopping at it's finest-cute, unique and low-priced items. If you see it, like it, then buy it because it won't be there when you come back! I always visit this location when in Jacksonville. They now have a full line of self-serve check-outs that help customers get in and out without having to wait in line. Have fun shopping!

This is a fun store to shop. I am able to purchase electronic accessories good quality, kid toys and personal items. And the price is a value to what you'd pay in other discount retail stores.

AWESOME store with GREAT customer service. Prices are affordable and the product is good quality. The store was clean and they had a bathroom for my little ones to use. I like that they encourage the kids to play with the balls in back. They also did demonstrations on how certain toys work. Love this store

I love this store! This have just about everything you need at affordable prices! I've gotten MANY quality art supplies here, I 100% recommend their watercolor brush pens and gouache set if you wanna experiment with these mediums without burning a hole in your wallet than if you went and got them from an actual arts and crafts store. Their room decor and keychains are also very cute, overall don't go in expecting to leave with just one thing!

Great place to buy cheap gag gifts and or white elephant gift for Christmas exchange. It's convenient as they are open until 1000; they have something for everyone and it won't break the bank. However, one must be careful and not get carried away in there. Otherwise you'll find yourself spending $$$$$ easily.

Everyone is so nice. I love the value for the price. We have 8 kids and not a lot of money but I can take my kids here. You really helped bring Christmas to our house this year.

This is my favorite Store! Everything here is actually good. It's like the Gucci of a Dollar Tree it's really nice quality for the price heck yeah yeah. It's a quick stop to make and if you get too much and have a big haul it's okay.

Great prices for great items. They always have new items to pick through. It's always fun to see what you can find. Great place to shop. I recommend.
