It's a great place to do business with them; they have a variety of meats; vegetables, etc. Everything is fresh and the staff are very friendly, they're always willing to help you find what you are looking for, I called the store for help and Jessica was amazing; she was extremely helpful and professional, it's the employees, who can make a difference and they are a reflection of the Manager, thank you for a wonderful experience. If you don't shop here with MVP, you aren't local. Do yourself a favor and set up shop and earn too. Great prices, amazing people. I used to work here. Hated it but I loved my crew. They're good and helpful people. The place is always stocked with whatever you'll need. You're not gonna find any exotic Gordon Ramsay material out there but it'll have all the needs for the rest of us peasants. If you gotta come here anytime past 2100 you'd better have your concealed carry or a blade. Park close to the store too. For at least half of the week the entire parking lot from the old Kmart (Now a storage facility I think) to Subway, you're gonna see a tweaker or two. They'll either pander you for money or start doing their best Thriller dance. They're usually not violent but they're still beamed up so don't pet the zoo animals and you'll be fine. It's a lot better out there now that the cops are making a presence but it's still sketchy sometimes. Stay safe.

The piney green Food Lion is always clean and well managed. The staff there are always friendly and helpful. They are also the only grocery store that I'm aware of here in Jacksonville that stays open till 11.

Wonderful people, they made me party trays for my sisters funeral. They did an awesome job. The fried chicken was great, everyone wanted to know where i got it. Thank you wonderful folks in the deli. I'm out of town so when i called to place the order, the lady who helped me was so helpful. Great team, they deserve a huge high five!!!!

My favorite to shop, close by, I never had a problem with bringing my backpack in (I walked) prices were great customer service was always friendly and fast. Never had to wait in long lines as they would call for another cashier. Bakery always stocked with my favorite breads. Deli always has good deals! Meat is fresh as well as the best vegetables over everywhere else close by.
Only time the shelves are empty is before first snowfall hits! Manager has always been super friendly, even helped my son when his card wasn't working.

I have shopped many Food Lion stores in several states. Their produce is always fresh and well stocked. I mentioned to a produce employee that there were too many grapes in a bag. He told me it was okay to get a plastic produce bag and get what I wanted. They support local farmers. Very friendly employees. I know wherever I'm at and there's a Food Lion, I'm good with grocery shopping.

Store is clean and well stocked. Prices are low and items are easy to find. The employees are friendly and very helpful. The store has a large well lit parking lot that is safe if your alone. Food Lion is the place i go to when I need to get in and out fast.

I really enjoy this food lion its always clean, the folks that work there are so nice. Great selection of lots of my favorite foods.most days after work i need to run over and pick up a few things, I like the price , more when on sale lol all and all one of my last stops for supply's for the home front. When i walk out every one im talking with tells me thank you and have a good night. Well it just feels good.

Great prices (especially with the MVP card). We save a lot of money by shopping here. Great selection of items. Produce and meat are always very fresh. There is a bakery and deli here and they serve fresh made ready to eat foods (hot and cold items). Clean store that is set up nicely. Easy to find things. Nice and very helpful employees.

Quick stop, easy to find everything that I wanted and they have a good selection of beer that you can't find anywhere that you can get 6 for 9.99. They also have one of the best delis with a great selection and knowledgeable staff and friendly too. The lines went very quick and items were packed correctly in bags. Thank you.

I'm from Michigan where they do not have Food Lion and I wish they did. It is almost a mix between the corporate stores with the food that's not fresh and the workers who don't care and the really expensive little gourmet grocery stores that exist near my neighborhood.

The food here was fresh, facilities clean the workers were friendly but it was not overpriced. The grapes were crisp, the bread was fresh and the steak was amazing, great cuts of meat at a good price.

I love this store! My first week moving to NC I shopped at Food Lion. Everyone there is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of the products. The prices are considerably lower than most stores, but better sale items could be incorporated. Easy access with a wheelchair and if you can't reach it...some nice staff member will get it for you.
Good meat Dept and large selections on most goods. This is now my weekly grocery stop.

Hadn't been there since before Covid. I had a great meal of spaghetti and Italian sausage. Started with Chile styled soup. Could have made soup and endless breadsticks the full meal.Sadly they're downsized their meatbals. Waitress was prompt, courteous and area was clean seated across from bar counter. This is my new favorite dinner spot!
