Publix Super Market at Gateway Marketplace

All I can say about this store is that it was exceptional. If you have the chance to visit I would definitely go. They deserve more stars

THEY HAVE GREAT SELECTION, PRICES ARE UP BUT YOU HAVE TO FIND THE BARGAINS AND MATCH IT WITH YOUR LIST FOR YOUR HOUSEHOLD. ALSO JUST FOUND OUT THEY HAVE A CAFE YOU GET ON AN ACTUAL ELEVATOR GO UP AND SIT AND EAT YOUR FOOD YOU PURCHASE. GREAT VALUE TO A STORE MULTIPLE AVENUES ALWAYS A PLUS.

First time shopping at a Publix. Went here to purchase Thanksgiving food items. They had everything I was looking for, even the oddball vegan/dairy free ingredients and they were easy to find. I was expecting a much more hectic experience due to timing of my trip, but it was still really pleasant. Good selection of produce, everything looked and tasted very fresh. Have since done a pick up order and it was seamless. Location is too far away for it to be my typical weekly grocery spot but if we go to Jacksonville I'd like to make a trip out of it and stop here again.

I absolutely love our Publix. They often run specials and have several BOGO items. The fruit 🍓🍑 is so good and sweet. Their deli subs are better than Subway and their Pharmacy staff are friendly, knowledgeable and don't mind answering your questions.

Love coming here. They always have new stuff. It's great, and the employees are friendly too.

Friendly staff, good atmosphere, easy to understand layout of items throughout. Plenty of registers and checkout isles, means minimal wait times to check out. Pharmacy staff is excellent, and always up front about cost, and are ready to explain medications.

I love this Publix! It's a great grocery store and the customer service is awesome.

Things I don't like about this store
-I don't dislike anything about this store. I don't think they have Mexican coke though? And that'd be cool if they did, but I'm not even sure if they stock it or not haha

I was in a pinch and needed to take my booster shot for Covid-19 the day before I was leaving on a trip. There was an issue with TriCare, my insurance. Had it not been cleared up prior to getting vaccinated, I would've been charged out of pocket. This young man was so helpful in clearing the situation up that even him shooting me in my arm with that needle felt better!!! 🌞🏪🧑‍⚕💉🙋🏾‍♀

I received EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM CHRIS IN THE CATERING DEPARTMENT. He was able to turn a negative experience into a positive. A different employee in the catering department was not as friendly and welcoming and made sarcastic comments. CHRIS was very welcoming, professional and helpful. This was a special moment for my family and the catering was for my husband’s military promotion. Chris knew how important this was for us and he also is a veteran. THANK YOU CHRIS!!!

First time to this store. Associates were personable with a smile to share. I had to ask a greeter where the Bakery was. If not I would have been wondering aimlessly. It saved me twenty minutes. Everything was in its place and clean. The labels in Bakery weren’t printing the usual information for nutritional value. I’m guessing they’re adjusting the info? I don’t normally shop here due to geographical constraints and a bit pricey. I had a special request to purchase: Mini cup cakes.

The pharmacy staff is the best !!!! Polite, professional, and willing to take the time to help you navigate the frustrating world of health insurance and prescription drug coverage. The young lady who helped me procure my wife's insulin at an affordable price is truly a LIFESAVER in every sense of the word,

Always have a great experience with this supermarket chain, it's on the higher end of stores though, be prepared to spend a little extra when you shop there.

Very nice grocery chain with a very good selection of food to satisfy any taste.

Very clean, peaceful, and organized grocery store. I always enjoy shopping here. Employees are genuinely friendly and helpful. I specifically want to recognize one of the pharmacists, I didn't get his name, but he was there this evening (08/18/2023). I could tell he enjoys and appreciates his job because he went out of his way to walk with me to the medicine isle and advise me on which sore throat medicine is safe to take as I'm breastfeeding. I wasn't even at the pharmacy to drop off or pick up a prescription, he just kindly answered my questions and helped me.

The BEST deli fried chicken and corn nuggets! Their subs are amazing, too!

First time in Publix, I ordered 2 birthday cakes , I Love it, Nice, CLEAN, Very Organized, The Cashier was So Friendly, The Deli, Bakery. Will be visiting Again 🙂

Always love Publix and their boujee options! I went in looking for Canadian Clear Zero, the only place in town that sells I! Great selection of hot food when your just not feeling like cooking, order ahead! And try the soup, tomato and potato does not disappoint!

Wanted to make Cheesesteaks. They only had 1 pack of precut ribeye. Told the butcher and he took a 2 pack of ribeye steaks and sliced them super thin for me. They worked out great! Great market!

Produce always fresh with a good selection of cut-up fruits. Great selection of deli meats and fresh made subs.

Great Customer Service!! Johnny was very friendly and had a great smile and he helped me.Publix need more Johnny’s..
