I came in to see what was available in a new I phone. The associate ,Ken Kerr, was very helpful and explained what model phone would best suit my needs I am interested in the photography capabilities and quality. We went on to talk about a tablet. I was very pleased with the cost,taking the new phone and history of phone purchases

Javier is the best! He is so sweet and very very knowledgeable. If you go in to this store I highly recommend asking for him. My husband and I both upgraded and the process was seamless thanks to him. Thank you again!!!

Ken was so patient with my raggedy iPhone 6. It was on its last leg and he got all my info transferred to my new phone while the old phone could not hold a charge. I appreciate him because he took care of exactly what I came in for. Thank you again Ken.

My father visited the store on 8/22/23. He needed a new phone and to transfer his line to my bill. Mrs. Sara was so helpful during the entire transaction. I usually take care of everything for my dad because he is a senior citizen and has a hard time navigating the technology and cell phones. I recently moved and was nervous that my dad would not be able to get everything taken care of. Mrs. Sara saved the day and was extremely patient and kind while assisting my dad. She would also give me updates about the process. Now, my dad said he will not go anywhere else but to Mrs. Sara. Sara, if you are reading this, please know we truly appreciate you! Nowadays, exceptional customer service is rarely seen or given. Thank you for doing what you do best! We are so glad we transferred to VW and we are more grateful we had the opportunity to receive service from you. You’re one in a million!!

Have you ever had a conditioned response to not enjoy something because of past experiences? Well, that changed for me recently when I went into this store for phone upgrades and service changes. Dustin was polite when greeting me and other customers. He listened to my concerns and wants to help me find a great deal. The whole process of ordering new phones and changing plans took two visits, but there were quick and both times I witnessed Dustin take care of each customer like they were his best friend with expertise that made each customer put there full trust in his abilities. I hope the company realizes what a gem they have with him working for them. I hope my future experiences will be as wonderful as with Dustin, but if not I at least now know it is possible.

I absolutely adore the two women who were in the store this morning that helped me. Even with system issues that were out of their control, they were amazing. Thank you both for your beautiful smiles, fun personalities, and all your help!

Genevieve was UH-MAZING. Solved the problems the stores in Arkansas AND Missouri messed up, got us fixed up with a new phone, sorted out all the billing issues, even helped explain some mysterious billing charges. I went to the Victra Verizon off of Yopp RD, I was greeted gracefully by Kristina. Although I had never met her before she made me feel as though we were long lost friends. Kristina was extremely knowledgeable about all business solutions and was able to maximize my plan to get me the best service and value that Verizon had to offer. This was the best customer service I’ve experienced at any Verizon in or near the Jacksonville area. I will be utilizing this location from now on with the request of her friendly, utmost professionalism, and customer service.
