New to NC and new to the out of network and insurance process here. But the office was fantastic explaining to me what needed to be done. Also, the friendliest and most thorough dentist office I have ever been to. LOVE THIS PLACE, how many times have you heard that about a DENTIST! A+

Dr. Christy exemplifies aptitude and confidence. She displays technical knowledge. She blends professionalism with relating well with patients, helping one relax. She explains treatment options and their potential snags, and best chances for longer-term success. Very impressed with her.

I asked Dr Christy for a second opinion on some complicated dental work involving extractions followed by bridge work or implants. She not only answered my questions, presented options on how to evaluate what was best for me given my history, goals and age. Perfect.

As always, Dr. Christy and her staff were amazing. They got me in on short notice. It is obvious that the entire team enjoy what they do. So happy to have discovered them!

Dr. Christy and her staff are always prompt, respectful, and friendly. Dr. Christy’s careful explanations of issues revealed on the x-rays and in examination are clear and informative, leaving me equipped to make my own decisions about interventions, etc. The hygienist is the most professional and knowledgeable that I have ever experienced in 66 years of regular dental care! I am so glad I chose Dr. Christy’s practice when we came to the area 3 years ago!

Great experience. I arrived early and was in the dental chair early. Dr. Christy performed the necessary work to get a crown very efficiently with NO PAIN at all. I'm scheduled for the final fitting of the new crown in a week or so.

If you are a redhead and have found most dental procedures to be painful, I would recommend this practice.

Also, cleanings at this office are done well. They take care to actually do detailed work.

Did not have to wait past my appointment time. The ladies at the desk were efficient and friendly. The dental hygienist was thorough and was very nice. I did not see the dentist because I was just doing a cleaning but she is one of the best dentists I have ever been to. The service at Orchard hill is excellent.

Dr. Christy and her assistant Tiffany were both gentle and kind. They worked efficiently and carefully. They gave me verbal reassurances along the way, which made the procedure much more tolerable.

Dr. Christy and her staff are the best. I was treated with respect and given an honest treatment plan and an explanation why procedures were recommended. Dr Kwan did IV sedation and Tiffany was so supportive. The best part was the pain I’d had for over a year was totally gone, no swelling, bleeding, nothing, never even had to take a pain pill. I highly recommend Orchard Hill Dental.

I had a very good experience the staff were all very nice and made sure I was comfortable at all times and Ms.Christy did a great job from start to finish on my procedure! I tend to have a lot of anxiety when it’s comes to dentistry but after my experience I will always feel comfortable going to Orchard hill dental.

My experience at Orchard Hill Dental on 4/26/23 could not have gone better. I'm a mom of two little ones, and had to coordinate childcare in advance. I showed up to the office right on time, only to be informed I'd gotten the day wrong. I stood there blankly and realized the receptionist was right. Dr. Christy happened to be behind the desk. She said they'd had a cancellation and I since was already there and had gone to the trouble of arranging for childcare, she would be happy to take care of me herself.

Dr. Christy did not only my exam but my cleaning as well, answered all my questions honestly and knowledgeably, and took the extra care and initiative to remove some stains I'd begun feeling self-conscious about. The care and consideration I received from my dentist made me feel like I was at a spa. As a fellow mom, she treated me the way I know she'd want to be treated. Thank you, Dr. Christy, for making me feel like more than a worn-out mom!
