Nice fast drive-thru , friendly service. Good coffee.

This Starbucks was great. Nice workers and clean bathrooms. Drivethrough traffic flow is good and the temperature inside was comfortable. The layout of this store was nice and I like the world map on the wall. Cool Starbucks!

I love this Starbucks so much. I come here often and it’s definitely one of the better ones! The staff is so nice, friendly and helpful. The drinks are always delicious too! Thank y’all so much for the amazing service you always give!

Clean restrooms and dining area. Few tables open for dining. Friendly staff! Decent size parking lot. Right by highway which is great for stopping for restroom and coffee break.

Love this place but drive thru line is always always backed up. Absolutely the nicest people ever! They remember your name your order and are more than happy to fix something that was wrong or simply just didn't like. I love all the staff im already here. They almost like family considering I see them every day.

The line sometimes looks really long but it never takes too long to get through and it's worth it! Drinks are always well made, staff is friendly and Bentley loves the pup cup. 😌

I had a delicious white chocolate gingerbread mocha! Service was quick, accurate and employees were friendly.

This is the best Starbucks out there. The friendliest staff I have ever encountered in food service. My drinks and food are always made to perfect. Could not recommend this place more!

Wonderful Starbucks near the Blue Ridge Mall. I like to order on the app and then pick up on my way to the mall. Very friendly staff. They always have my order correct and fast! I tip every time because they are the best!

Employees are always kind & welcoming. Order through the app. It is very accurate about pickup time, so your beverage doesn't sit more than a minute or 2 before you pick it up.

Starbucks is the go to as each store is consistent. Seasonal variations and a great app are big pluses. Been a customer all over the country for over 10 years.

It was pretty busy on New Year's Eve and I had a large order plus 2 lb of ground coffee and the staff here was friendly and speedy. The parking lot is kinda small but The store itself is large enough to handle a good size crowd. For a small town Starbucks and a busy day this place did very well.

The other morning I woke up on the wrong side of the bed. I was grumpy and irritable so I took myself out of the house so I didn’t take anybody’s head off. I planned to get my drink and go but saw a deal in the app for a breakfast sandwich so I got one of those too. Since I was on my scooter I decided to eat there. The atmosphere and energy was amazing. Slowly I felt my bad mood dissipate between the great music and the cheerful employees. Honestly, the good vibes the employees had going were the biggest factor in lifting my spirits. They changed my whole day around. What was promising to be an awful, terrible, no good, very bad day; was instead a wonderful one thanks to the cheerful and positive attitudes of the employees. I have a feeling this location will quickly become my refuge. Thanks again for turning my day around!

I just wanted to come on here and brag about the team members! Today I stopped in to get a frappe to surprise my husband with once he got finished with his exams. Mags greeted me at the register with a great smile and a cheerful heart! At first I couldn't remember the name of the frappe (my brain went blank). Mags was patient with me, helpful, kind, and had a great attitude.

When I told her that my husband was taking an exam she had a great idea and asked me if I would like her to write something like "good luck" or "you've got this!" She really went above and beyond to make my day and my husband's day special. Its things like that really do make a difference. The other baristas that brought my cakepop and drink out were very helpful as well and had great smiles!

When I stopped back by the register another employee made eye contact with me and wanted to make sure everything was good. It was fantastic service I just wanted to say "thank you" again.

The team members today were attentive and pleasant! They are definitely an awesome bunch!

Starbucks has an excellent filtration system for their water.... I very much appreciate this... (And while the overall environment looks, feels, and smells quite clean, almost always appreciate the music 🙂,. the soap dispenser (and floor, grime) in the bathroom we're not clean today.... 👀)... In any event, thank you thank you!

The team here is super friendly every time I come buy. They were jamming out to music and really enjoying their morning. Definitely my favorite location to visit!

Prompt service, clean store with good layout, side entrance and small outdoor seating area. Basic sbux construction with open ceiling and product displays.
