Linda hates the homeless tells employees to ban or harass homeless into leaving she even had the bench removed because she hated when the homeless rested their feet from walking. Also linda treats employees badly non have anything nice to say about her. Norms needs a new district manager one that doesnt sacrifice business income over stup1d petty things owner norms doesn't care about this town either or the owner would not alienate and discriminate against the homeless.

Even local police are on a womans political activist channel saying norms bans everyone same woman that got banned for complaining about a employee threatening her which means norms has gained bad reputation with police for abusing 911 calls just to ban or trespass homeless

Even if you are a paying customer as long as you are homeless eg living in car tent or no where at all linda wants all homeless gone from norms instead of only the homeless causing trouble by stealing loitering or panhandling. Thats ok though norms price gouging has become the bane of hendersonville existence.

Linda also refuses to hire the homeless because apparently homeless dont deserve a job in her eyes. Linda will ban a homeless person for anything she can think of. Its time for a boycott of norms until they treat employees customers and homeless right remove ban on homeless that dont steal or panhandle and stop price gouging abd bleeding the locals and tourists wallets dry.

A homeless man who was doing laundry and fell asleep waiting on it got banned he had veen walking all day too.

Another homeless living in her car got banned for complaining about a employee who threatened her unprovoked.

Many homeless got banned for sitting on the bench for more than 10 mins to rest their feet even though they weren't bothering anyone.

1homeless man got banned for using the bathroom but not buying anything and no he wasn't on drugs or shoplifting

Another homeless got banned for needing a cup of coffee to warm his hands last winter when a employee paid for it to help out.

1 homeless woman asked employees to ban a man who tried to ki11 her and when they put a poster up linda took it down because homeless lives don't matter to linda. Pretty bad when pettyness leads to putting customers in danger because of her hatred for homeless.

Another homeless got banned for using the microwave and another for using his own cup to get ice no he wasn't stealing soda.

All of this is lindas doing most of the problems with norms lead a colorful trail back to linda.

Apparently banning all homeless is more important to linda than company income.

Norms needs a serious long overdue overhaul on management.

They lost several employees when those employees got sick of lindas orders to harass or ban homeless thats part of their high turnover rate.

Linda also told employees to harass customers who sit at the pump too long. Need to get gps and music going maybe cash out to get gas money? Well if you do it at the pump and take more than 5 mins norms will practically crucify you weather you already got gas or not!

Are you a tourist? Well go to marathon across from Hendersonville Walmart instead they sell nice souvenirs and they wont yell at you for needing to use the bathroom the speedway is also good.

That is unless you want linda to assume you are homeless by looking at your luggage rack and ban you....

This is a clean, well maintained, facility that I would highly recommend both for 24hour convenience and laundry. I would give it SIX STARS if possible for one simple fact FREE AIR for your tires. This is something that has almost disapeared completely for travelers in this world of maximum profit. Well done sir!!

Absolutely rude and intolerant! I go inside to buy an iced coffee then come outside to hit my cigarette 3 or 4 times before getting in the car. (We don’t smoke in the car, bc it’s brand new) I am then accosted by an employee, asking if I’m doing laundry, because if not I need to go. This is the second time this has happened

If you disagree with treating the homeless like dirt for the sake of treating somebody like dirt go to speedway instead the owner of norms doesn't deserve the town's business if they are going to act like bullies for no reason.

Currently in the laundromat laundromat is nasty part of it flooding water I go to the cashier to report it his exact words is I don't care it happens all the time
