Publix Super Market at South Market Village

Publix is known for its excellent customer service, and this store is exemplary! I live in Florida, and my mother, who is elderly, lives in Hendersonville, North Carolina. This is a smaller Publix with less shelf space. My mother's favorite beverage is Publix Diet Ginger Ale. She is not good about staying hydrated, but she is much better when she has her favorite thing to drink. The last couple of Instacart orders I made for her, the shoppers told me they were out of Publix Diet Ginger Ale. This time I called and asked for the store manager to see if it would be possible to keep more in stock, and he explained about the limited shelf space there. He said he would make sure more were stocked, even if they need to be stored in the back. The next part is what makes Publix and this store so amazing. Iggy let me know that a shipment of Publix Diet Ginger Ale would be arriving the next day, and when I said that would be too late because I had built her entire order around the beverage, he offered to deliver them himself. Today he delivered just what my mother needed - Publix Diet Ginger Ale, a hug, and a smile! I can't thank Iggy enough for going above and beyond to deliver the amazing Publix customer service that we all love so much! I wholeheartedly recommend Publix South Market Village in Hendersonville, North Carolina.

Fantastic store! Incredible selection of EVEYTHING... Deli ready meals - YUMMY... and the Pharmacy is TOPS... best prices we've found anywhere! I even got a free Carrot Bar Cake as a birthday treat!

I love this Publix, I used to think it was the Chick-fil-A of grocery stores, however, the most consistently friendly part of their staff are those who make the sushi.

I love the instacart Publix Ap for when I don't have time to shop. The shopper will ask about a replacement if needed and is usually ready early.

Great atmosphere, accessible products
and great staff. We believe they lose perhaps 5% revenue by detouring hundreds of "regulars" to adjacent stores occasionally that offer coffee. Maybe more Greenwise products realizing shelf space is a premium.

The store is always clean. I enjoy using the publix app to get coupons. The employees are always helpful.

Ordered a birthday cake for our mom and it was even more beautiful than the photos online! They did amazingly, and were very quick!!!

Lately, every time we've shopped here, we've had good service. Staff have been helpful, friendly, and polite. The deals are amazing too!

As with most Publix markets, the slowest department is the deli. Seem to think customers have all day. They need to have more help or pay attention to the people waiting to be helped. Sometimes a person is cleaning a machine with customers waiting. Cant that be done at off hours?

The store is new and big and spacious. Prices are high compared to Engles and sales don't make up for the other high prices. Employees are nice and helpful. The Deli makes good sandwiches and the prices are reasonable.

Well stocked and friendly staff. Parking lot very tight if you’re in a 32’ motorhome towing a VW Beetle! Good prices and we love Publix!

Like to go here to grab lunch. Staff helpful and friendly. We like their already made salads alone with the selection of fresh fruits and veggies. Store is clean with wide aisles.

One of the last places left where customer service is still a thing. In a time that spending money is now stressful it doesn't have to be frustrating as well. This place has the GREATEST EMPLOYEES! THANK YOU PUBLIX

Publix makes a pretty solid sandwich and tonight wasn’t any different. Ron hooked me up with an Italian combo. Yum.

THIS is MY store! I love it! And thank you Publix for having a water refill station! Not sure there's another one around!
