Bold Rock Mills River Cidery

Love this place. Great vibe for hanging out with groups or grabbing lunch alone. The food and drink are amazing. The cider is delicious. Typically, a brewery that is so well known for their beverages has mediocre food options. Surprisingly, the food is amazing. I've had the steakhouse burger and cheese steak sandwich. They are both one of the best sandwiches you can find. I highly recommend for lunch in this area.

Nice selection of ciders at this spot. Cool decor, nice outdoor area and watching the bottling and packaging was fun. Try any cider because they are all delicious. Prossecco was a neat option. Recommended.

We camped up the mountain and came here for an afternoon tasting of great ciders and local brews. We did not eat, but we had a couple of flights of beer and cider. Great relaxed Monday afternoon. Many places we looked at were not open, so this, being out of the way/ out of the city was point on for the drinks, F250 parking, and the dog joining us.

What a great place. This was our first time here and we found a gem. We loved the Pomegranate Cider. We ate dinner here and the classic cheeseburger had 2 Pattie’s on it! It was piping hot, fresh and tasted amazing. We passed someone who was eating the wings, so we’ll definitely try that next time. There was live music starting at 6pm. We also bought some goodies on the way out to take home with us. You have to visit this place!!!! Amazing!

Very nice brewery! Large dining room with plenty of tables and chairs. Food was delicious! We loved getting the flights so we could try multiple things!

We love it here and they are dog friendly. It’s not just cider, they also serve beer from the neighboring brewery which my family loves. However since I am gluten free there are so many cider options, it really is the best of both worlds. They offer some gluten free options in their food truck, wish they would offer more!

Surprised to see it so busy for a Sunday. Live music was excellent. Loved the Dress Your Dog contest. Vat 1 was my favorite!!

Really awesome place to hang out. Cider was sooooo tasty, and I'm not normally a cider drinker. A Christmas movie was playing, and they provided popcorn💜 it was cold outside but the heated area was pretty doggone cozy. Food was sooooo good. Pretzels were the bomb. Definitely would recommend and visit again when in town.

Update! I don’t know whose idea it was to put apples on a grilled cheese, but God bless them! It was amazing. Easily a top 3 spot for me. I first reviewed this place when I was brand new to the area and loved it. Now I’ve been here for a while and still keep coming back!

First time here and we will be back! The vibe is so chill and the scenery is gorgeous! Parking is plentiful and even though the lot seemed rather full, it still didn’t feel crowded inside or on the lawn. They have some other locally sourced beer if cider isn’t your thing and their clothing selection is top tier! Add this place to your list!

Saw the sign and decided to stop on a whim--so glad we did! The cider and local beer selections were amazing, the staff so friendly, and the overall pvibe was quirky and inviting. Not what we were expecting and so happy we stopped.

We went for the Pints and Puzzles on a Sunday and we had the best time!!! It was so fun. The food from the food truck is delicious! The chicken nachos are the bomb. And the choices of the flavors of ciders anyone can find something they like. I’m a huge fan of the Bold cider slushes.

We try to travel here one to two times a year! The atmosphere is wonderful, amazing, cheerful and helpful staff! The location is huge inside and out. We usually go early when it isn't too busy, but by the time we leave the crowd starts.

They have many activities during the week if you're local or staying for the week. They also have outdoor yoga before the location opens on some days. Local music is something we are going to try to go back and see!

The cider is super well known and found in many places. This location of course has many different flavors and some that are hard to find!! They also have beers on tap and slushies which are amazing!!

I'd 1,000% recommend going here if you're in the area!!

The outdoor seating venue is beautiful and spacious, the products attract all ages, and the staff are awesome and attentive. Dogs on leashes are also welcome! We only had drinks this time, but the food smelled delicious.

Madi & Savannah are absolutely the best! Not only is Bold Rock the ONLY Cider I love, but every time I am in town from Phoenix I make a point to come by! They are always so welcoming, greats events & oh my, the food is absolutely amazing! Definitely my favorite brewery!

Tickle my peach and call me Payton! Mills river bold rock is the best place for a brunch or a late night dinner and hangout. They have many great flavors of cider as well as amazing food from their food truck. The inside and outside atmosphere is great with friendly staff and music! Absolutely recommend.

Loved the atmosphere! Been waiting to come here for years! The outdoor and indoor experience was so delightful! The food from the food truck was on par! All the different option drinks were so fun to try! Staff was super helpful and kind. Loved that I got to get souvenirs! Just seriously was a wonderful place and exceeded my expectations that had for years.

There's plenty of seating, indoor and outdoor. There's a covered deck you order inside, and you pick up your food at a food truck, and you see yourself. I don't drink, but there's Coke products and sweet tea available for those who don't want the cider. The atmosphere is family-friendly and with cornhole. There's an outdoor stage for live music and merchandise to buy.

I don't want to oversell this place, but it is my family's favorite day trip. We drive just under an hour and a half to spend time here. We've never had a bad bite to eat or a wasted drink. The menu features fantastic wings and an unbeatable grilled cheese with apple slices in it. The fried pickles are some of the best I've ever had.

We got nachos and loaded fries!!.so good! we also got a flight! I highly recommend the ROAST😍

Looked up hamburger near me...Bold Rock pops up. Spouse and I both had the steak burger and fries. Absolutely delicious. Cidery was clean, well organized, and welcoming. Although we didn't have our dog with us, it is dog friendly. We plan to make Bold Rock a regular stop.
