It's a great store heavily merchandised with well thought out space engineering.
The staff is wonderful . Excellent pharmacy, coffee baristas and product.

Cashier was very sweet and I had way too much in my hand plus two 12 packs. Girl was running the 3 register. And seemed to be enjoying working with the other number 4 register.

I had to change my review of the store my last review was rather harsh and no longer applies the store has completely turned around since then in my opinion I don't know what has happened but they definitely are much nicer and a lot more helpful.

I love ingles. I'd recommend getting a card even for a temporary visit. A lot of people don't realize their prices are for card members- if it's on sale and you don't have a card, you don't get the savings. I'd also recommend taking advantage of the flyers- sometimes have extra savings, and triple point Tuesday is great for gas rewards.

Everytime we go to NC this is the grocery store we go to. This store also has Chinese take out that we 😉 enjoy

Their florist is wonderful and knowledgeable i asked her if she can put the 3 single roses as a 3 pack and she insists she has the same color (not same color) in the 3 pack i said those are half dead she says you just have to pull off the outer pedals i said yes thats called half dead

A big thank-you to the cashier at the Gas Express just before noon today. The previous transaction was still up on the screen when I started my transaction; I had a problem scanning my Ingles card and tried entering the number w/o success. I have mobility issues so drove as close as possible to the "office" and beeped my horn. The attendant - an older woman - came out to speak to me. Told me to pull up to a pump and she would help me. She scanned my cards and started the pump. I assured her I could handle it from there. I didn't get her name, but really appreciated her help - she went above and beyond, for sure.

I’ve been coming into Ingles since my little girl was barley able to sit up on her own . We went through Miss Kim’s line and she quickly became the reason we visit Ingles more often . The staff , food court staff and management are so nice to us. We don’t just shop here , we feel like family here . My little girl walks around and says hello and smiles at everyone. She’s learning valuable social skills and life skills as well. Thank you Ingles for not just being our grocery store , but our learning place with friends as well.

Thank you to the bakery department for being so accommodating to my inquiries about a birthday cake last week! The manager called me back within an hour and was very helpful! Your main baker was on vacation so we were able to find our cakes at your Asheville highway location! Super service!

Bigger is better…. Sometimes!
Even though our little Ingles in Laurel Park generally has everything we want and need, Ingles has the very best Gourmet Chicken Salad with red grapes and pecan half’s. We loved it so much we wiped out there supply just before heading out on vacation so I’m heading over to Big Ingles to stock up again this morning 😀

Nice clean Store Friendly staff

I went in to get a deli rotisserie chicken, and I left with beautiful fish, meat, and produce. Carlos in the Deli was a delight. I tried the black wax cheddar, and bought a quarter lb. Saw some beautiful rare roast beef, and he expertly sliced a lb. thinly for me. Then I saw the Boar's Head muenster. At his recommendation, I also bought some Original submarine dressing. So happy!

Great new store. Went for sushi in the morning and they had not made any yet. The lady came over asked what I was wanting, I said I would love a spicy tuna roll, and she said give me 5 minutes. She made me a fresh new one that was very tasty.

Ingles has a wide selection of produce. My daughter prefers fruit and vegetables to every other food. It is easy to get something to drink or do your grocery shopping for the week. The staff is nice and friendly. Strongly suggest shopping here.

I love Ingles, in the spring they have excellent plants from Van Wingerden

A co-worker had told me they had a Steak dinner that was cooked to order. We were looking for a quick meal before going to a play. Turns out Friday night happen to be the night. A very large, tender Rib-eye Steak, Potato, Salad, Rolls, tea, served to us at the table with fresh cut flowes...roses and daisies. All for $12.98 + tax...great deal and much better than I expected. They were all so sweet and kept asking if we needed anything more.

They carry everything I need to keep food in our bellies. Always neat and orderly.
