Northwest Prescriptions & Medical Supply

I needed a specialty product, I called to see if they had it and was able to zip over there on my lunch hour. The drive through is super easy and quick. More importantly, the employees were knowledgeable and friendly. Because I was on the hospital grounds less than 30 minutes I did not need to pay for parking. I always dreaded going to that pharmacy but it was so dang easy, totally beats any of the national chains.

Everyone here is very nice and helpful. I had an issue with my insurance covering a new medication recently and they went out of their way to assist me. Highly recommended.

Nice place, the staff are very friendly, polite and informative.

The pharmacy is located on the ground floor so it is easily accessible by any one. Handicapped parking is plentiful and the entrances, hallways, and restrooms in the building are wheelchair friendly. The staff is very friendly and ready to answer any questions you might have. For a smaller pharmacy they have pretty much anything you need for your First-Aid and any Durable Medical Equipments. They have snacks and beverages handy for when you are waiting for your Rx to be filled. While your are seated in the waiting area.

The store is neat and clean and new staff member gave me a name of a few stores that carried what i was looking for since they didnt carry it. Very knowledgable.

I find it unacceptable to be closed on a sunday in a hospital setting when patients are being discharged on sundays

This is ultimately the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with, and I've been diabetic for nearly 20 years. Their "billing specialist" is utterly incompetent, doesn't ever answer phone calls, is only in the office twice a month, and will charge off your account to collections rather than answer a voicemail.

I would definitely beware because I'm presently fighting with them needlessly over a medical record which I dropped off in person manually, that they claim they never received.

Their "billing specialist" will ask you to do their leg work and their job for them, because apparently she has no rightful idea of how medical billing works. 0/10 absolutely do NOT recommend. If Northwest Prescriptions & Medical Supply has any decency, they'll fire this poor excuse for an employee.

This pharmacy is utter trash. Thry twll ypu thry accept medicaid and Medicare but when you go to pick up your meds, they charge you thr cash prices because supposedly they don't take that.

So snarky and rude over the phone I’m going anywhere else.
