Robert was so helpful! It was my first-time buying a real tree in away from home. I was a little early and they were not ready yet. Robert and his British accent were everything I needed this holiday season! Thanks for the help, cutting and loading up my perfect tree!

I write this review to specifically thank the great, above and beyond customer service I received today from Ellie (I hope I'm spelling their name right). My spouse visited this location today and brought with him a piece of his car window which he was looking to replace, unfortunately the store didn't carry it, but found he took the chance to get other things he was looking for. During check out he ended up leaving thr piece behind. I called the store because it would be about 1 hr for him to make it back. Well, initially the piece was nowhere to be found but Ellie really did all they could and was able to locate the piece!! I appreciate all that was done and thr great attitude while helping me!! Thanks Ellie!

My mom ordered battery chargers for all of my brothers. They didn't have the cell charger,so we returned them. Walked right in to returns. No questions asked. With proper info and credit card. Was refunded and went home and bought different ones from them because the return was so easy. The parking lot is overwhelming! But other than that they are better than Lowes!

I needed some materials for a small church project, so I asked for assistance at the store. Michael, a very helpful and such a friendly customer service , showed me what I needed and even cut the wood for me. I appreciated his help very much.

We visited this Home Depot looking for a Christmas Tree last December. We visited other stores before, and the prices were so high... Here we found a nice, beautiful Christmas Tree (not a natural one), for a reasonable price. We also bought a Train and The Start to hang in top of the tree. The staff was very nice, helpful and kind. I was very happy with our Christmas Decoration!

Went today to purchase PVC piping. I called 2 days ago to make sure that there was a way to cut them at the store into the sizes that I needed. Yes. After I got my tubes, I was told just to look for someone in the aisle and they would help. Only customers were there. After finding one person who didn't know if we could get the tubes cut, the project widened out into four people who eventually told me that home Depot did not cut PVC tubes. Finally, they called James on the overhead speakers to help me. He knew exactly how to cut it with a tool designed just to cut PVC piping, hanging in a basket on the wall. And he did it for me himself. Thank you, James!

Best consumer-level contractor supplier. Better brands, Pro desk services are the 'Above and Beyond' element that puts them over the competition.

Ben working at the Nursery was extremely helpful and patient with my Christmas Tree. He helped me solve the problem I had with my tree stand politely and efficiently!

I wish to give a shout out to Roy in plumbing at the Bitterlake store on Aurora. Roy was extremely helpful as I purchased all the needed fixtures for two bathrooms. He knew exactly where the brand I wanted was stored, accessed fixtures I couldn't reach, helped me order fixtures that were not in store, and stayed with me until he knew all my desired purchases not in the store, were correctly ordered and soon on their way. Roy was knowledgeable, friendly, patient, competent. I could not have received better service. The Bitterlake Home Depot is most fortunate to have him for an employee.

Great experience of finding a lot of items. Bought a few plants for my daughter's house. Loved them.

Great and friendly staff. Also felt safer parking the cars without them being broken cause, cause of a few security staff there, makes it super peaceful to go shop

This is one of my favorite Home Depot's! They work really hard keeping it stocked up, their pro-desk is really exceptional, especially Venus! The aisles can get a little cluttered because there's so much product that moves out of that store, and its location in North Seattle really places it in an incredibly populous area, but they are always restocking. One of my favorite features is the fact that there seem to be so many more dogs with their owners here in this store than anywhere else, this was my dog Zeek's favorite Home Depot!

Finding an associate to help me locate an item was easy-peasy, he even walked me to the location just to make sure I found what I was looking for. I don't know why, but I do not like the self-checkout computers. They're a little loud and applying a coupon to my purchase proved to be cumbersome and time-consuming.

Good service. Typically they carry what you need.

I'd have to give this store 5 stars because they were slammed with customers and it was still operating pretty smoothly. Looked like plenty of staff, several said hello and asked if they could help me, the store had all that i was looking to buy, checkout was mostly fast only slowed down by a customer that wanted to chat. What i appreciated most was the covered loading area wasn't blocked with long term parkers and i pulled in and loaded my stuff and avoided the rain storm.

I don't really go to the home depot store because I don't a house because alot time need to go to the home depot because they have house work. But I also don't have bad to say about the store and I never had any bad experiences with the customer service also. So I'm gonna give a five star rating to the home depot.
