Talk about excellence and timeliness — they are it!

I had waited for about 2hrs+ for my car insurance’s roadside assistance to come help. After accepting they’re weren’t coming and/or it’d be another 45min-1hr I finally called KeyMe after finding them on Google.

They came and unlocked my care in less than 20min. They tech was nice and quick. By far the best locksmith experience I’ve ever had.

It was $100, more than I’m used too. However, it was like 30 degrees and dropping and late (they’re open 24hrs) - by the time I got help I didn’t even care.

I definitely recommend them, and will call them if I ever need another locksmith.

All the 1-star reviews obviously do not pertain to the KeyMe kiosk in Tom Thumb. Kiosk was super easy to use, had clear instructions, and several customization options. I walked away from the kiosk in less than 5 minutes with a brand new key that cost less than $8. Anyone who rates this KeyMe kiosk less than 5-stars don't know how to follow instructions.

Used a kiosk and it made my key and it worked, what more can one ask for. Machine easy to use, maybe a little advertisement heavy. This was certainly one of the key making experiences of all time.

So this is a kiosk which will delicate keys for you. Pretty simple process it walks you through the procedure. You insert one key at a time, click scan & voila... The machine will dispense a copy of your key in 5mins or so. You pay using credit/debit card. There's also a feature in which you can save your key using your fingerprint so in the future if you want to make another copy of the key you don't have to bring the original. You can also customize your key for an extra charge however it will be shipped to your house instead. Really amazing kiosk

When the kiosk at my local grocery didn't have the blank to make my key, KeyMe Locksmiths came to my rescue and sent the key's digital information to have the key mailed. What a convenience!
