AT&T Store

Great service at this store! I spoke with the manager Eagle regarding my new phone bill and she was really sweet and helped me with all my questions. I’ve came here a few times from getting new service, to picking up phones and to get some help setting up my billing and they’ve been nothing but helpful! 10/10 recommend.

Great service from Eagle! Answered all my questions, was very professional, and got me totally setup with all my devices! Prices were great too!

Reea was very kind and willing to help my mother after she lost her phone. Very patient and considerate when she was clearly upset.

My fiancé and I went into this location to just look into upgrading my phone. The store was clean and the staff very friendly. Eagle helped us , she was beyond amazing, not pushy, helped with all our questions. We actually made a second trip back to also upgrade my watch, and add him to my plan then upgraded his phone and watch. This has been the best experience with an ATT store, and I’ve been with them for 11 years. We will definitely be back to this location in the future.

I went in today to upgrade my phone and had the best experience I’ve ever had at an AT&T store! I got help from Reeya, Omar, Jayden and Jerry! All of them were so extremely knowledgeable about all of the promotions going on and helped me pick out everything I needed! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! They gave me water while I waited for my phone data to finish transferring and such good conversation! You can tell they love their job and they all work so well with one another! Plus they know ALL of the features of the phones, even the cool lesser known ones and really helped me set up my phone to be perfect! Great customer service!!

Shaheen was great! She helped me upgrade my phone quickly and made the whole typically dreaded process delightful. I was helped immediately and she was thorough to ensure my device was backed up and all my information was transferred seamlessly. She also quickly addressed anyone who waking into the store, without taking away from my time. Very impressed by time management, as I know it is not an easy task in retail. Very happy with my visit and my new phone!

Reeya and Omar were amazing. I went in with 3 problems with my phone and they were able to help me solve all 3 problems. Both Reeya and Omar are very knowledgeable with Iphone and Android products. Great service! I will continue to shop this AT&T store location.

Visited the AT&T store on this past Sunday, the customer service Representative David, was very gracious, despite me coming into the store twenty minutes before closing; and to make matters more challenging I had a ton if questions. David was very patient and courteous, he answered each one of my questions, as well as assuaged me of my fears of being stuck with unseen additional fees. David’s knowledge of equipment and discounts was very impressive. He also suggested that I come back into the store when his manager was available to go over my bill and make sure there no additional promotional offers he wasn’t aware of. Great customer service

His patience, expertise and hospitality not only showed me he was a dedicated worker but he cares about helping others so that is why I decided to write this review because he went over and beyond for me. Thank you Ali and continue to serve the community with great excellence customer service. As they say "Give the man a raise" lol

I had a great experience in this store. I went in with some billing issues and a broken phone.. they not only helped me with upgrading my phone but also with lowering my monthly bill! Both Ali and the manager Shaheen helped me in picking out a phone that was easy for me to use, and transferred my data for me on the new phone too! Great service, great store.. has definitely become my go-to store now!

I came into the store looking for a new phone, not only did I walk away with a new phone but the best customer service possible. Mr. Asif Ali greeted me and I told him my budget worked with me. The experience was seamless and painles and Mr. Ali explained everything very thorough super friendly and didn’t pressure me into buying anything I didn’t need. I highly recommend this location and this gentleman for any future purchases.

I have found a hidden jewel!!! I visited the Coppell ATT store and was blown away with the level of service my daughter and I received. Eagle and Basil treated us as if we were family. They were very informative when answering our questions. There were no trick, gimmicks or hidden sales agendas. We were given the most amazing deals & discounts. Just visiting this location I saved hundreds of dollars ad that is no exaggeration. Stop by 240 N. Denton Tap Rd. and I promise you will be amazed.

I was seen almost immediately upon entering the store. I met an associate named Ali that basically radiated positive energy. He helped me with the requests that I had and was very patient with me even though the requests were pretty time consuming. The store manager Shaheen was great!! She was available to answer any questions and was able find me plan to save me $$$. Very happy with the customer service at this location.

Went into this AT&T yesterday and was there for more then two hours. Had issues getting a new iPhone. I will say this.. the customer phone service for AT&T is complete trash! Shaheen Had talked to more then 10 people on the phone and they gave her No help at all! She kept it together not only helping me, but helping other customers who had walked in. I’ll be going back to this AT&T from now on.

I was looking to replace my daughter's and my iPhones. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful explaining plans, trade-in options, and more. I believe they went above and beyond, demonstrating AMAZING customer service. I highly recommend this store.

This store is great! I had the pleasure of working with Basil, who provided me with details about all of my options when upgrading my phone. The process was quick and easy and they were so kind and attentive the entire time I was in the store! If you are in the Coppell area, or surrounding areas, definitely go check out AT&T Coppell located next to the FedEx!

Shaheen the store manager was amazing. I am a senior citizen and was having trouble understanding my phone. Shaheen upgraded my device to a user friendly device and taught me everything there was to know. She spent 2+ hours with me and was very patient. I highly recommend this store and I would ask for Shaheen every time.
