This CVS pharmacy is amazing! My prescription would have cost me $104 at this pharmacy, and instead of just charging me that amount, they told me which pharmacy I should go to to get it cheaper. And they were correct - I got it for only $9. Such honest people! Thank you!

I am extremely impressed by the services provided by Pharmacy Manager Shade Oduleye. She was very understanding and helpful when I needed to fill my diabetic medicine when I was out. Her customer service is amazing which I see very seldom now a days.

I went to the pharmacy today to pick up a prescription and and the woman who assisted me, Stephanie, was so abundantly helpful, courteous, professional and extremely gifted at her job.
It seems to be getting more rare these days to have someone who thinks about the customer and goes above and beyond to assist that is exactly what Stephanie did.
You have an outstanding employee there and I certainly know that other customers must feel the same. Thank you Stephanie for all of your assistance.

Went to the pharmacy to pick up some prescriptions.

I’ve actually had a number of poor experiences at this cvs pharmacy. But today we dealt with Stephanie and she’s really changed my opinion on this location. She was so kind, personable, and patient with us today. She really went above and beyond to help us!

If you’re thinking about getting a job here please do! Brandon, the store manager, is one of the best managers i’ve ever had. You can tell he really does care about all his employees and coworkers. I always have fun during my shifts with Brandon because he challenges me to work harder. Yaneth, the operations manager, is one of my best friends. Working with Yaneth always puts me in a good mood because of her positive, uplifting energy. Yaneth works very hard and always puts effort into her work, she is such a strong, generous person and i’m so glad to call her my friend. I’ve worked at this cvs for almost a year now and my managers and coworkers have seen me grow so much! I’ll really miss all my managers and i’m so sad to be moving away and leaving this cvs. My experiences with the managers and coworkers here are the main reason im staying with the company even as i’ll be starting college.

I am transitioning from Coppell to McKinney and though I live in McKinney now, the nurse practitioner I like to visit is located in Coppell, therefore I pick up my prescriptions at this location. When I originally called they said it would take an hour to fill my prescription but that wasn’t going to work for me because that day I needed to head back to McKinney ASAP. When I arrived the lady (wish I had gotten her name) was willing to help me and filled my prescription upon arrival when I explained the situation to her, which I greatly appreciated! The gentleman who was working cashier was also very helpful. Thank y’all!

Great service at the pharmacy. I see why a lot of people visit this pharmacy. Pharmacist are helpful and available to answer questions. The techs are helpful and quick.
Once I had to get some prescription insurance info over the phone, after authentication of my identity they gave me the info.

I had a prescription that was going to cost me a few hundred dollars. Even though they were slammed, Rinu (I hope I am spellimg that right), one of the pharmacy techs, took the time to go online to search for a coupon. It saved me over a hundred dollars out of pocket and is the reason I will keep going back here in the future. That kind of customer service is rare and sets this CVS apart.
