This is the best UPS store I’ve visited! I had a great experience with the Owner Scott who took the time to print my document and notarize it, which included the need of additional witnesses. Scott his staff took care of all and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Very professional staff and very accommodating.

I brought a non-standard size standalone game consul for shipping to UPS on Wednesday morning. And employee named Lexi quickly invited me to the counter. Listen to what I wanted done and immediately took over inviting me to purchase a box. When I worried that the box wouldn’t fit, she immediately explain to me that she could easily “cut it down“ to fit, and, in no time she had packaged and very carefully taped, my expensive toy for shipment. Throughout the experience, I got the distinct impression that she felt I was “doing her a favor“. She was patient she was professional, and she got it right! I will be back!

I had an amazing experience with this company the other day. This was my first time mailing out a package and I was very confused. Luckily Matthias was there to help me. He made sure that I knew what to do even when he wasn't there. This was a great overall first experience and I will be sure to come here again!!!
