Krispy Kreme

I entered the store to pick up an order and ended up getting donuts for myself as well. I was unaware that for 5 days, you could download the app and get a free box of glazed donuts, hah. When I went inside to my surprise they had no more glazed it was hilarious so I waited the 20 minutes to get fresh donuts and always why I bought an order of mini donuts while I waited for some friends to share. The ladies that was working was super cool about it and while I was waiting we had great conversations and even kept making jokes about the donut place being out of glazed as a line slowly formed for others to wait on fresh glazed for the free dozen donuts thing that had advertising apparently it was from 4/30 to 5/11 get a free dozen of glazed just by having the app rather it was first time or not.

I took my grandson for his first Krispy Kreme experience. Upon his first bite he said it was the best thing he had ever eaten. All the employees were very friendly, quick service and cleanliness was good. We will be back!

Thank you Mrs Melissa for the great costumer service experience you were such great help you save me and my daughter money with discount coupons you gave us and your services were so polite very friendly I drove from Lynchburg just I can get a couples dozen donuts for my family. I will definitely will come back and please when you visit this place thank her for her great service as in the food industry is not easy to find

Shoutout to this location. Every time I've been in there I've had a good experience. I've had issues using the app there and they still honored my deal. I partook in their free dozen to the first 200 customers, and they even snuck in a chocolate donut for a nice surprise!

I stop at Krispy Kreme for the Holiday doughnuts and a dozen free glazed! I stop there CONVENIENTLY on my way to my support group. Everyone enjoys their treat first thing in the morning and I have PLENTY to share with other staff members and more to take home.

This is always my family's choice of donuts. Duck is good of course but nothing beats the classic freshness of Krispy Kreme. And it's just an old school business that still is top notch

The hot and fresh was on so we had to get some doughnuts. The doughnuts were good and fresh and the workers were really nice

Krispie kreme has the best donuts, especially when the hot and ready light is on. I went in today and had the best customer service! Employees are so friendly and helpful as well! The place is always so clean and professional when I go in!

Well if you got to ask about Krispy Kreme I don't think he came around here. If anybody remembers rainbow Bakery my god I've lived everywhere and I actually looked all over Louisiana Alabama it's more places looking for some rainbow bread and it never happened so I don't know what to say about the Krispy Kreme it's just most excellent love it love it love it sincerely Mrs Carter

I placed my order online for pickup. I arrived early at the drive thru and was asked to come back in about 15-20 mins. It was raining hard so I just parked on the other side of the store with the intent to drive back around in the 15-20 minutes. But before that time came around an employee brought my order to me in the pouring rain. And my doughnuts were still quite warm. I only wish I had gotten her name so that I could thank her personally and publicly.

There is a sign saying that the latte machine wasn't working oh, but the lady was nice enough to try and it worked for me.

Very delicious. A nice variety of donuts, coffee, milk and other drinks. The red light, when it comes on, means fresh donuts. You can see how they are made to. Very friendly staff. Place was clean and service was fast. Indoor seating and public restrooms. Definitely reccomend .

My fundraising order for my club got lost in the computer system, the manager really helped us out and made sure we had it on time! We really appreciate him!!

This has to be the best donuts all around. These are not round small cakes. These are yeast dough donuts, light, airy, and so delicious! You can get filled, cream, jelly and curd. These are awesome donuts. And get "HOT AND FRESH" these are great with the ice cold milk they have, or you can have coffee. I love the ice cold milk with the hot and fresh.

Donuts are the best, I'm glad they are to far away to go everyday I would weigh five hundred pounds.

What bad can you say about a Krispy Kreme in one of the worst areas in Virginia? Staff was friendly, food was great. Roanoke, get your act together.

Ahhhh Krispy Kreme how I love thee. Well when I get diabetes I won’t but until then you are a Diamond in the rough. The staff here were very friendly and helpful. My daughter was so enthralled with the place (her first time) that she was not ordering right away. The lady told us no problem she would wait. Gluten sensitivity people stay away. There is nothing here for you. I think they even add gluten to the water. 😂

With a screaming infant in the car who needed some warm milk I ran into the Hershberger Rd store at 9:55, not to buy anything, but just to ask for a cup of hot water. I was greeted by such friendly staff who were so helpful and went out of their way to accommodate me and my screaming infant! After a long day traveling from Pennsylvania it was nice to be back home in SW Virginia! Thanks so much to the team here!

I too have made a few hour long drives to grab a treat for friends and myself. Funny, upbeat staff, great store manager. He is always smiling. Plus It's Krispy Kreme need I say more?
