OBSESSED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT! Rose is amazing! She did my nails for my wedding tomorrow and I am beyond happy with her work! The nails are the perfect shape and length! Love love love! I walked in for an appointment and they were able to take me right then! You definitely want to see Rose!

VERY relaxing, and doesn't even hurt at all! I definitely recommend this if you want your toes done. And the chairs, I almost fell asleep by the time a sat down. For the chairs, definitely recommend using Roll/spot and Kneading. My first time here and ever getting my toes and nails done, definitely recommend to starters.

I go once a month to get my nails done here and I am leave SO HAPPY every single time. I always have Rose do my nails, and she is the BEST!!! I’ve been going here routinely for over 2 years now and have never had a bad experience. This was my most recent set, they always last the whole month and Rose does an exceptional job at making my vision come to life every time!!

I don’t get my nails done often, but I’ve been coming here for 5 years off and on. I’ve tried other places in a pinch and always left disappointed. I choose very minimalist, simple natural nail designs/shades - but am a perfectionist. Once Rose did them in 2019, I really couldn’t settle for anyone else (though I have had a great experience even when she isn’t there.) She takes the time to look individually at each nail and shape and stops to ask you multiple times if you’re happy. Very gentle and easy to talk to.

I wish I’d taken a pic - but I had dip powder for my Bachelorette weekend in July and just had them removed YESTERDAY. Literally 2 months. Yes, they looked grown out and crazy but just as glossy and fresh without a single chip. Like what?! That’s insanity.(Tried the “Strawberry Glazed Doughnut” look today and she did a bang up job!”)

I understand there’s been some reviews about wait times. I’ve never had a super long wait, but I definitely always make an appointment….and I go when I have nowhere to be. There’s always a full house, so something must be going right! Staffing is hard everywhere right now and everyone’s patience seems to be thin. For me, their service and supporting their business is worth the wait.

Went for my first pedicure in about 15 years. The staff was friendly and efficient. The gentleman that did my service was great, we chatted a bit and I was able to relax. They were pretty busy so make sure you book an appointment. They were great with juggeling everything that needed to be done. I'm am active individual so it was nice to kick back and unwind for a while. I really enjoyed it and plan to come back. Not a bad way to spend $50ish. I got the On Sen pedicure and French Tips.

My wife had her nails done here for the first time today and is absolutely in love with them.

She made her appointment yesterday, and they were able to accommodate her despite her work schedule only giving about 45 minutes to play with. When she arrived, she had a few example pictures ready to explain what she was looking for, but Lisa only needed to see one to know exactly what to do.

She got a set of tips with powder, "coffin shaped french tip ombre nails" as she put it. Throughout the process, Lisa constantly checked in with her to make sure that they looked perfect the first time. Each tip was aligned exactly with her natural nail, cut and filed by hand to create the coffin shape with no sharp edges, and sized to match each finger as if they actually were her natural nails.

It's obvious that this is someone who really cares about their work, not just getting color slapped on your nails and shoving you out the door. To quote my wife directly, "These are the best looking nails I’ve ever gotten".

I love this place and am so glad I gave it a try! I first went in September and was very impressed with the quality of the acrylic nails I got. I went back a few days ago to get another set of acrylics done with a Christmas theme, and once again left extremely happy. The next night, I had an object fall and hit one of my nails, causing it to come off (the object was very heavy, had nothing to do with the nails themselves). I contacted them this morning to see about getting that nail redone and they told me to come in today and they'd fix it. This nil looks just like the rest, no sign that it had to be redone. I was expecting to pay a fee for fixing it, but the nail tech told me they weren't charging me for it. I'll definitely be coming back here again and if you're questioning it, give them a try. I'm sure you won't regret it.

The only place we will ever go. Every month we travel there from Covington. Lisa is awesome. Rose is so patient. The pedicures are out of this world. Please check them out.

This place is by far the best nail places ever been to. All the nail techs are so nice and very gentle when doing your nails. They offer complementary water and have charging stations at their pedicure chairs. This is the best my nails have ever looked! I’ll definitely will be returning.

I have been to many different salons and I do have to say best job I've had done. As well as they didn't argue with what I asked for they did a very good job with my request! I am very pleased and will be going back in the future for sure!

This was by far the best pedicure I have ever had. Michael did an awesome job. All the staff was very nice. The place smelled amazing. The price was higher than I normally pay, but oh so worth it. I will be going back. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Lisa is the bomb!!! She does very well EVERY time she does my nails!! I've been a loyal customer since before she opened her own salon!! You will not be disappointed if you schedule an appointment with Pearl Nails & Spa,,, and Btw,, she is also amazing when it comes to your eyebrows as well!!😍😍

My wife drives a hour to get her nails done here and they are perfect every time. Micheal and Lisa are the best. Super nice and very professional. They care about what you want and deliver every time.

Pedicure tech paid extra attention to the rough spots on my feet. Nail tech was very accommodating for specific designs and knocked it out. Will be back👏🏻

First and only salon I’ll go to in Roanoke. It’s clean & spacious - the staff is wonderful. Walked in on a Monday at 3 & was seated quickly. Giang Ngo is amazing & knew exactly what I wanted!

I love this place! Every worker is so talented and nice. My nail lady always goes the extra mile with my acrylics! I’m obsessed with my recent Christmas nails.
