Rack Room Shoes

Absolutely dug my experience at Rack Room. Not only was the staff helpful but when I found a pair of shoes and they didn't have my size they ordered them. They arrived at my house in less than 4 days. They were delivered as expected.

I love this shoe store. It has every kind of shoe you could imagine. They had a sale going on. It was buy one and get the next pair 40 percent of. I found a pair of sandals that was buy one and get the next pair free. I really appreciate the sale that was going on. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs a good pair of shoes of any kind. I were a size 8 so there was plenty of options for me to choose from. I don't know about other sizes. They prices were a little high for my price range. But it looked like the quality was good. It had name brand items. So it was not the store to blame if the shoe was made in poor quality material.

Great selection of shoes...if you are looking for high in then go elsewhere but for everything else...get in here

Amazing selection of shoes and deals, current deal is "Buy 1 pair of shoes, get a 2nd pair 50% off" that's amaazing, $80 pair of shoes for $40?! You can't beat that, service and employees was also nice, helpful and friendly

Great selection, I am always able to find what I am looking for with many options to look at. The buy one get one half off is always an easy deal to get you to buy more shoes which I cannot complain about. They definitely have shoes that are in season and not a lot that are out of season since it is a smaller store (not a lot of summer shoes). Whereas at some bigger stores you're able to find out of season shoes on clearance. But again, many options and friendly staff as well.

The shoes that I wanted for work were not available, so they ordered them for me. Very nice staff of workers.

Doug at rack room shoes out at valley view gave me one of the best retail experiences I've had in a very long time. He took the time to talk to me and find out what I was hoping to find and then went above and beyond what I would have expected of him. I've already told a bunch of people how great the experience was and that says a lot. Was not expecting this service at a shoe store.

Nice and clean store. The employees has more patience with customers than I do.
Today 8/8 two women in there rambled to the cashier about the buy one get one half price. No matter how the employee would explain it they never understood it.

Than I realize they were trying to wear down the employee to get a better price. But it didn't work, but they kept try with their rambling.

Love this place! Family of 4 and we love getting BOGO, we each get name brand shoes at a great price. 2 pair for each of us, I always buy my growing boy's a pair for now and a half size bigger. 100% recommend

We usually go to Rack Room shoes when we wanna buy more than one pair of shoes as a famiy. They offer buy one 50% discount on the second one. I like the variety of the shoes that they have. On the other hand, they always keep their last shelf for sales shoes. Usually Rack Room Shoes is nice and neat and the shoes shelves are not messy, which helps you to find the one that you are looking for easier.
