Hot Topic

I wanted to come here and leave a positive review because of how polite and kind the employees were- but then I see these rude reviews literally making fun of employees weight and appearance? What is wrong with you all?

It’s one thing to speak of the service, but to personally attack the appearance of an employee is downright childish.

My kids love it and I've probably spent over 6 months salary here!!! It is expensive but I'll do anything for my kids. Employees have always been friendly with us

The store staff is absolutely amazing!

I had not visited here in a pretty long time but I loved the nostalgia going back. I spent a lot of money but was most impressed with Ian Malone who helped me throughout my visit without huffing and puffing and eye rolling like the other employees when I asked them questions. This was an overall great visit. You saved the day Ian!

Took my granddaughter there to shop. She loves Hot Topic. My first time there and the staff was awesome in assisting us. This little shop is great because of the customer service and variety of items.

Wanted an item that they didnt have in the right size but checked stock and found they could get it. Paid for it and went back a couple days later and it actually had just came in that day, which they hadn't had a chance to check but looked in and the item was in the box. The girl who ordered it was actually there at the store when I came back in and did all this.
She is an excellent employee. She greeted us as we walked in and if we looked like we needed help, she would ask. I hope to see her there in the store when I go to do school shopping.

Whenever we're in the mall (which isnt often) we always visit Hot Topic. It seems as if everytime we come, they have different staff which is normally how shops in the mall are. They're always friendly but this time the two girls who worked there were SUPER sweet. Didnt catch their names but they were really nice and all around amazing

The store has unique things my son looks for . And the staff is very helpful and the girls are beautiful. So thank you for always helping me with my sons stuff he looks for

I got 3 plus size dresses from this store and was amazed and greatful and the service was great

Love hot topic. Grest place to go for clothes, accessories and jewelry that is a but gothic. They have decent prices and a store credit card. The staff where very helpful and friendly. No free wifi but they have dressing rooms. I really reccomend this store .

It's actually a really nice store since they turn down the loud music and it's very organized

Hot Topic is awesome!!!! I live in Lynchburg but go to Roanoke often because they have a better Hot Topic than us and other reasons.
