Huge thanks to Christina! She was really calm, patient, and helpful and I genuinely believed she cared. I lost my phone and apparently, my data was corrupted when t-mobile bought sprint so I was locked out of my account. I was in the store for at least half an hour but she was super patient. I would have been stressed out and annoyed but she explained all my options and helped me figure out what to do. Thank you, Christina!

I recently visited this store. The agents were incredibly patient and professional throughout the entire process and took the time to answer all of my questions. They were very knowledgeable about the products and services offered by T-Mobile and helped me find the perfect phone plan and discounts. I really appreciated their attention to detail and their willingness to go above and beyond to ensure that I had a positive experience.

The staff at this store is incredible. I live overseas and happened to be in the area so I decided to get a new phone while I am here. Vanessa reviewed my account and noticed that I am paying for two lines but using only one. She fixed it and saved me bunch of money. And her colleague went to another T-mobile store to get the iPhone 14 pro max because they were out of stock. I am very grateful for the great customer service and professionalism of this store's associates. Went above and beyond!

Vanessa was the young lady who assisted me today and 2-3 months ago, and each time, she was awesome. She was very patient and took the time to explain what she did to solve the issue. I hope this is not an ongoing issue. If so, I hope she will be there to assist me.

I want to shout out to the staff at the T-Mobile store on Park Street in Alameda, CA. Roberto and his crew went full on MacGyver to help me access messages on my iphone that's now a dead phone. Thanks to them I was able to retrieve verification codes to allow me to live my life until my New Phone arrives!! Which if you haven't already, pair your phone with another device that can verify you're who you are, let you see text and voice messages.
Again!! Awesome crew on Park Street!! If you're looking for a plan or a phone I say go see those people!! They know what to do!!

Andy and Vanessa are very well taught in the phone company they know their products and plans and how everything works, Andy gave me and my husband an awesome deal and from going in to only ask about pricing I came out buying 2 phones

Got my phone upgraded here and the customer service was excellent. Everyone greeted me, and the rep, Hans helped me pick out my phone and was very helpful and helped me answer all of my questions. He was super friendly and nice and I had a problem w my payment but he was super cool about it and let me run home and back in like 30 min to get my other card. 11/10 would definitely recommend. Hans deserves a raise
