Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Very good service. The waiters and the manager always asked if we needed anything. High quality food. For starters I recommend ordering the gnocchi soup and salad. The only thing I noticed was that in the Never Ending Pasta promotion the food was replaced in very little quantity. The desserts are not good, but the main dishes make up for it. But I'm satisfied with the restaurant. I would come back more often!

Wanted to thank Mina, our server, so much! She made me and our groups experience so much better dining in. Brought a friend with for the first time and they loved it! The food came out extremely quick but still had love put into them, yum! Dining area was so nice, we sat next to the window. Food was at a decent price for one person, but not completely cheap. Would 10/10 recommend going here with family or friends, great!

I always love going to Olive Gardens. Staff were super friendly. Our server was attentive. Food was great. I had the chicken and gnocchi soup. First time eating that. A lot of tender chicken pieces. The shrimp Alfredo pasta with broccoli. So much food I couldn't eat it all. Shared the spinach and artichoke dip. Loved it! Cheers to the chefs. 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿

I recommend the eggplant 🍆 Parmigiano was so so so so good it was 🔥 📛 👩‍🚒 🚒 I LOVED EVERY BITE AND THE WAITER SHE WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND KIND 10 out 10 plus sum

Came to olive garden for the first time to see why people love it so much. I understand why they love olive garden. Their pasta is delicious and the shrimp is perfection. I highly recommend this place to anyone who's a foodie. However sometimes it gets very crowded so the wait times vary.

Food Is Beyond this world hands down. especially! If you love some original Italian-Style pasta. I Remember as a kid my dad took me to this exact place for the first time. All i can remember was that car ride
back home that night, thinking to myself "when are we coming back".
The food was perfect then, as the food is perfect now.

We sat at the Bar Service was Great 👍with a Smile they were Super Busy yet Happy. I had all you can eat Soup & Salad with Bread sticks. Our servers were Jacob K. & his assistant lady's name started with a T. She offered me a bag 🎒 upon leaving. Thanks so much for all your Joy in sharing. I used to work in Banquets at the Marriott & ❤ LOVED seeing my customers smile. Y'all had a Lot of Smiling customers when I visited Southland Hayward location. Thaks again Sincerely Sara Smothers 💜

Sophie was the best part of the experience! My friend and I enjoyed her bubbly spirit and hospitality. Food was delicious! It’s been a while since either of us have had Olive Garden. The chicken and shrimp carbonara was my favorite, aside from the breadsticks.

Olive Garden has been around for a while so everyone knows what they serve. The best way to get your attention is to give the best possible service. This Olive Garden did. Very attentive. Quick. Helpful. Great place.

Love the ambience in olive garden. Its handicap friendly with ramps and parking. The bathrooms are very clean with he and she. Seating is ample but they do close out few seating sections and keep guests waiting. This also gives you time to head to their bar. Nice collection of wine and spirits. This is a true italian spirited resturant with American touch. They offer cheese ... a lotta cheese on everything. Their white wine collection is spot on!. Food is very ittalian and cooked to choice. Great place to celebrate anniversary or any other special occasions. Parking is never a problem. Its definitely a nice calm place to go eat.

I interacted with two staff and observed several others; everyone was positive and cheerful and truly seemed happy to be working there. Compliments to the staff and kudos to management for picking people with the right attitudes and then keeping them happy!

It took 30min for us to be seated, but we were very impressed with the attentive service once we were seated. Different servers came by all the time to check that we had everything we needed.

At first, we were worried that it was a bit pricey for a meal of pasta here, but the quantities we got really blew us away. Food was plentiful with frequent refills on salad/soup, and my husband also appreciated his comped birthday treat. The $6 takeout pasta is also great value for the full 12in. platter you get to take home!

Outstanding.... it's been a while since we last Dinned here but it was Well worth the wait... Food was Fantastic and the Service was Excellent... Great Food .. Great Drinks .. Thank you so much guys for taking care of us ... CHEERS and SEMPER FIDELIS.....!!!!!!

Spoiler Alert: After 30 years of dining around the world...our Jan 2024 Olive Garden experience is in our Top 3 Best Ever Hidden Jewels.

The AMAZING…A+ and 5-stars (off the charts):
**Culinary Consultant (Amanda, is worlds beyond just great wait staff)
**Food Quality (everything is house made but close your eyes and behold the taste of Italy)
**Presentation (every course and dish artfully plated with detail)
**Craft Cocktails (uniquely their own versions and amazing)
**Management (Devin choregraphed careful attention from initial hostess engagement, through assisting with some table-side plating and a heartfelt sendoff)
**Ambiance (never felt ‘noisy’).

The GOOD, BAD and UGLY…Our experience was amazing, special and memorable. But keeping the review ‘real’ the dining chairs were really much too soft. I know, this is seriously getting picky, but all we could find of any fault.

The EXPERIENCE…
Amanda, our Culinary Consultant (our moniker for her), was super enthusiastic and engaging answering menu questions and providing personal recommendations. We decided that she was the best person to choose our order, so we decided to go ‘omakase’ and asked her to order for our table of two. She was surprised, blushed a bit, then said “certainly, it would be my honor” then asked about food allergies and any personal preferences. She discreetly asked my budget and disappeared. Within minutes we had wonderful breadsticks and amazing craft adult cocktails on the table. Then our Culinary Consultant stood proudly to announce that she and her manager, Devin, had crafted a memorable dinner menu that we’d not forget (see below).

She was right…I am writing this TOO LONG review because it was just that memorable!!!

We highly recommend Olive Garden for special occasions or even an amazing date night/proposal spot. We plan on making it a monthly outing, if even for a sharable main and dessert.

Frankly, my partner and I are considering moving to South Bay to be closer to this culinary experience better known as Olive Garden

Our waitress was attentive without hovering and very kind. The food was delicious, of course, and the staff made my sister's birthday celebration fun with their birthday song.

Customer service has greatly appreciated and improved. The food is scrumptious. Yum yum!

This service is absolutely wonderful, the food is really good and fresh and the complete dining experience was awesome. There were a lot of people waiting in queue to get served however since this is a bigger restaurant delete I was very minimal and we went during the busy hour. Our waitress really what's a tentative to our table noticing if our drinks were low she brought refills or asked. The other staff for also friendly as well. I think I would definitely be back but with the amount of food they give you maybe I'll be back after a month-long food coma. Good place to dine in can't go wrong.

Fast and friendly service. The lunch menu is A+ value. All the food arrived piping hot and the $6 takeout is a lifesaver for dinner.

Convenient location with a reasonable parking lot. The staff was quick and kind and the meal was exactly as ordered and we were given extra Andes mints for a little treat! It was nice that a to go order was exactly as it would have been in the resteraunt. They hooked it up with extra salad and breadsticks too! Highly recommend checking this location out in the bay!
