More than sufficient CVS. They have their pharmacy and medication drop off for expired or unneeded medications.
Yhey have great customer service and a good selection of products.

Kriss, the store clerk and team staff, were fantastic today and very friendly. I also was very impressed that despite the store's "weekend rush" on a Saturday, they immediately alerted the back-up clerks to come to the front and the 8 people standing in line were quickly assisted. Well done! Everyone was friendly, helpful and I was on my way in no time. I also appreciated the assistance of getting to use my CVS Extra Care membership coupons.

I couldn’t remember my phone # for my Extra Care discount but Vanessa was very patient. She had to cancel my order and start all over. Very patient and kind. She also helped me find a couple things that I needed! Thank you!

Linda at the pharmacy is stellar. She went above and beyond to help me get my prescription filled despite hiccups with my personal care provider sending the wrong Rx. I really appreciate the courtesy and efficiency in the midst of what seemed to be a particularly busy day, thanks Linda!

Yes indeed! My wish is that there were more of this Gentleman in NOT just CVS pharmacy store but every store place that provides "Customer Service" for the local patron's and general public communities. This team member is highly efficient and very effective people skills that i witness on the fateful day of my imperative ordeal. THANK YOU!! CVS pharmacy for hiring such an outstanding human being, if i ever doubted CVS pharmacy as opposed to Walgreens, RiteAid and any other similar store's in the nation-that was because those time's and store location did NOT have such an amazing caliber potential team member as this one particular CVS pharmacy store visually have evidently. Great CVS, better when it was a Longs Drug though. Lines are too long, but thats because of all the overbuilding on the island. Alameda has been destroyed

I’ve been coming to this CVS since I moved here four years ago. Two moves later (both on the island) and it’s still the best location I’ve ever been to. Linda and the rest of the team are so friendly and accommodating, and I love how they recognize me (I come in a lot!)

The people on the floor are always helpful and fun to chat with. Also patient; I know I must have annoyed them at some point, but they’re just too nice to say anything.

Best experience so far ~ waiting in a long line when I felt two pairs of arms around my legs. Looked down and saw two of the most precious twees of my life holding onto my ankles. Just because.

I’ve been going to this CVS Pharmacy for a few years now and Linda the pharmacy manager is great! Linda and the rest of the pharmacy staff are friendly, fast, and efficient. My prescriptions get filled on time and most refill automatically. The store staff is also very friendly and helpful.

The cashier at CVS, Santa Clara Ave., Alameda, Ca. was Awesome yesterday! Her name is Mia and she is wonderful with customers! I had been holding for the IRS for over an hour and of course they finally answered right as I got up to the counter. I don't like being one of those rude people who is on the phone while doing a transaction, but because it was the IRS I had no choice. I whispered my dilemma to Mia, and rather than ignore, judge, or dismiss me in any way, she instead showed understanding and whispered back, "it's fine." Then while I gave my ID info to the IRS person on the phone, while trying to multitask through the cashier transaction, Mia just completely lightened my load, and took control. She counted up my numerous coupons, made the money exchange easy, and quickly gathered all my items, and packed them carefully in bags...all without having to ask me too many questions (which I couldn't have answered at that moment). She just lightened my load so much, right when I had to turn my attention away from the register so that the IRS wouldn't hang up on me (you know, because they're not always very patient). It may seem like a small thing, but to me, what Mia did was everything, and I appreciated it so much! She didn't shame me, in fact she did the opposite and stepped up to help me, and I left CVS feeling great for this kind and considerate interaction with Mia :) :) Its rare to find this kind of thoughtful customer service these days, and when you do it makes all the difference in the world! I rarely shop there but when I do its an easy, quick stop with reliable products. Saturday I went in and a young man named Yohan who was incredibly helpful, overheard my friend and I talking about what we were looking for, he escorted us to our first destination and directed us to our second.
Hands down the best experience I've ever had as a shopper!!!

This is a busy place. That being said, these guys do an awesome job helping their customers. They are great at politely handling the more challenging customers without impacting people who just want to get their prescriptions and get out.

Great customer service. I had an issue and the associate went above and beyond to help me.

People have always been helpful to me. Good sales on coffee. Close to "Dan's Produce" with great produce and fish

Had no problem getting passport photos.

Very nice staff here. It's also not too crowded when I go.

Helped me to reduce my co-pay by getting 3 months versus one month at a time.
