Harbor Freight Tools

Friendly and professional cashiers/staff. They always try to reduce the wait time for checking out. I appreciate that they changed the way they organize check out lines. Now everybody goes to the same line until being assigned by available cashiers. About the store, they have a great variety of goods to choose. Some items are out of stock but quickly be replenished in a couple of days. This store is always my go-to when I need tools to work on my car.

Came to buy 800lb transmission jack, they could not sell me one even though online it said they had them in stock. Neither Didn't let me buy display version. Other than that it is a good store. Correct online information would have save me 1 hour of driving.

I updated my review from 2 stars to 5 after purchasing the tool I needed in another nearby HFT store.

Great service workers are knowledgeable and very helpful...

They have good prices and relatively good stock. The hardest thing to do here is cash out because although the line seems short transactions take a bit long or maybe because there's no self checkout like the competitor we are impatient? They just need more cashiers to check the line down during peak times but they do try to check it moving in a friendly way.
They have so many deals you will spend more then you anticipate.

Have been into this particular HF twice while commuting. Each time a rep found me while I was wandering the store, asked if I needed anything, and then got stock from the back. Customer service at this location is a cut above, in my experience.

5 stars because you're not reading this review trying to figure out if you should go here and what you'll be able to get when you do. You know what you're gonna encounter. Tools. Cheap ones. Some will be worth every penny and more, a few will not be worth it at all. But smart people know you don't have to spend a fortune on certain things to get a job done and this is where you go to flex your intelligence in that space. My German Mini Cooper had been maintained entirely on Harbor Freight tools. If it's a good enough tool set for my 120K 10 year old BMW Cooper, chances are it's good enough for you!

Good price with free gift keep me coming back. Joseph is very helpful ,he always put customer first and make me feel important.the employees are knowledgeable and helpful. Store is very clean and organized.some people said the quality of tools is acceptable. If I only used it once, I make my money back already . Beside the Pittsburgh tools carry a life time warranty and no questions asked. Buy with confidence and credit cards are accepted. It is a good place for beginners and eventually moving up. I don't know anybody over there and I m not an employee. Just a satisfied customer.

Great place to buy tools. There's a big selection and cheap prices. I always end up spending a ton of money every visit but I go home with a ton of new tools. Most of the products last pretty long if you use them properly and take care of it. Lots of parking space right up front. And they always are having specials.
