He reached out to me personally and worked with his supervisor to get the problem addressed in a fair and timely way. I really had a great experience from beginning to end when I ordered a Cafe fridge. In the world of bigger and wide selection of different products, I got lost and wonder around looking for help. With Airport Home Appliances the shopping felt more personal. After purchase the communication was great, they give you an expected time window but a real time update. Delivery, setup and removal of previous fridge went smooth.

Airport Home Appliance had a good selection of the appliances I needed to install in my newly purchased home. I was able to find the Consumer Reports Best Buy washer, drier and refrigerator that met my requirements. I bought online and requested delivery and installation. They promptly reached out to me (next business day) to arrange delivery and have me take pictures of the fixtures so they could check the setup. On the delivery date, they arrived near the start of the delivery window. Communication was good and the two workers quickly unloaded the items, moved them in (taking care to avoid scratching our floor) and completed the installation. At every step I could see the installer checking connections, appliance leveling and device functions. He also gave me clear follow-up instructions for all appliances. This was a really good experience. I would recommend this place to anyone in a similar situation!

This is a well run company. Reasonable prices. Great communication via phone and email. Delivery was on time. The installers were careful, courteous, and efficient. After removing the old refrigerator, they thoroughly cleaned the space before installing the new refrigerator. This was a pleasant experience.

Our dishwasher stopped working and needed to be replaced. We went on line to Airport Appliance and found one we liked.Unfortunately it did not fit the opening in our cabinets as we had a european sized dishwasher. So our sales person took it upon himself to find a dishwasher that met our needs and it was just installed today. Airport Appliance is easy to work with and we were not charged anything extra for the two trips to our home to install a dishwasher. The installers were professional and took great care with the installation. Very Happy Customer.

Would do business again! Great customer service and was cheaper than Home Depot and Lowe’s for the same refrigerator. Not only that they were able to get the refrigerator to me within 3 days when the other guys said anytime before June. Communication was great and had plenty of notifications via text along the way, including a courtesy call about 30 mins prior to arriving. Installation and removal was handled with care and I am very pleased.

I was really worried about the delivery aspect of buying an appliance (a dryer) from Airport for the first time only because we'd had an unbelievably bad experience with a different company when we bought our refrigerator. But Airport was totally competent every single step of the way--the delivery men were capable, honest, responsive, and totally helpful. There was a problem with the first dryer they delivered, but they immediately reported the problem to the store, took it back, and within 2 days delivered a new one. Airport stays in touch with you the whole time so you always have a good idea of when the appliance will arrive, plus you can track the delivery online. The delivery guys were committed to getting our dryer to us in good time and in good order. For the customer, how the delivery goes is central to the whole appliance-buying experience and Airport seems to know this. I can't recommend them highly enough.

The delivery guys were great. Had a dent in the first refrigerator they brought, they gladly returned it to the warehouse and re-delivered a perfect one within 48 hours. They cheerfully dealt with narrow doorways and a tricky path to our front door. Highly recommend! I'm a customer for life!

I needed a dryer immediately after a legacy brand retail store changed delivery dates on me 3 times over a month of waiting. I canceled the order and I called Airport Home Appliance and in less than 10 minutes had purchased a new dryer and had a CONFIRMED next day delivery. Delivery and setup was flawless and took less than 15 minutes. I HIGHLY recommend Airport Home Appliance and will be buying from them again very soon.

Airport Appliance had the brand of washer/dryer that I was looking for in stock at a great price. After I orderd the items online, they called me within a few hours to arrange delivery date. They were thorough and helpful - they even asked me to double check to ensure I purchased the correct model (gas vs electric) by looking up the serial model of my current dryer. The day before the delivery date, I got a call, email and text message asking me to confirm delivery. The delivery person called the morning of with an ETA (that he will be there in 30-45 mins) and showed up on time. Installation was efficient and quick. The staff - from the person on the phone to the delivery people - were professional and helpful. Would definitely recommend them to others.

What can I say. Airport Home Appliance is the best appliance store in the entire bay area providing incredible customer service to everyone! I went to other stores in the bay area and no appliance store can compare to Airport Appliance. I always and will continue to support mom and pop stores and keep up the amazing work! Everyone I dealt with was professional, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. I placed my order through the website and communicated with Jose several times with email for clarification of information I could not fine on the website. The delivery team was also professional, courteous and efficient. Also they were right on time. I had already removed the old dishwasher and had it ready for their pickup. Overall the buying experience through Airport Appliance was very positive. I did the installation myself and it went quite smoothly. Note that the installation instructions provided by the manufacturer are generic and many of the steps in the process did not apply to this installation. So far we are very happy with the purchase although we have only used a few of the functions of the new unit at this point.

Ordering online was easy and the rep called to say the washing machine model was not in stock but suggested a similar model that actually had better features! Communication for installation was great and the team had the new washer in and the old washer out in 15 min.
