Park 'N Fly

This a great company! The reservation process was easy and flexible to use. There were plenty of spaces available. I was greeted by a friendly agent who guided me to open spaces and immediately sent the shuttle so I could get to the airport right away after parking. The driver provided me with a card with my location so I wouldn’t forget. When I returned from my trip it was easy to request a shuttle pickup in the app. The driver who dropped me off was very helpful offering to unload my bags directly into my vehicle. Overall I had an awesome experience with the staff going above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of from entry to exit. I will be a lifelong customer as long as I live nearby.

We like that the bus comes around to pick us up, we LOVE that we get a ticket with our parking spot written on it. The bus is clean and the driver is friendly and efficient. The parking lot is not muddy!!! I love the check in and check out system, I like that I can change my reservation on line AND that we have not had to wait long for the bus to pick us up at the airport. Rates are reasonable. We recently switched from Expresso Parking to Park 'N Fly Oakland and so we are very happy with our change of venue!

We were very pleased with Park 'N Fly Oakland! The best service we have ever received at an airport parking. All of the attendants were super friendly and made everything easy and efficient. 10/10 would recommend, we will only be using Park 'N Fly when flying out of Oakland in the future.

I only use Park & Fly at Oakland airport. Great customer service. A great app...always dependable. Everyone who works there is friendly and helpful. I book ahead so I don't need to worry about it and I trust that my car is secure while I am away.

We were on a shuttle 5 minutes after pulling into the Park 'N Fly Oakland lot, and at the Oakland Airport 5 minutes later. Driver loaded luggage at our truck, and unloaded at airport. Upon returm. driver pulled up as we got to pickup location, but made no attempt to assist my 77 year old wife, as she struggled with her suitcase up the steps, he would have had to get out of his seat. I unloaded the luggage when we got to the truck. One great driver, one, not so much. But Park 'N Fly Oakland is convenient, fast, and reasonable.

I live in SJ and I fly out of OAK all the time due to lower flight costs. It’s so easy to book your parking. You get on their website (or app that I haven’t used) and put the days and time you want to park and pay in advance. You get a QR code via email that you use to open the gate to get in. The shuttle arrives and helps you get your luggage in the shuttle and you are on your way to the terminal. You tell the shuttle driver your parking spot and he gives you a ticket with your parking number. When you return you go to the place where you were dropped off (4F) and you hand the shuttle driver the same ticket the driver gave you and he drops you off at your car. I think it’s quicker than parking at the airport and walking with all your bags to the terminal. There are three parking option. There’s VIP where you park as soon as you enter, first picked up and dropped off. There’s also covered parking if you want to keep your car out of the elements or if it’s raining and then there’s regular parking. The entire parking lot is encircled within an electrified fence so it’s pretty hard to break in. Lots of nice cars park here and I’ve never seen broken glass on the floor. To leave you use the same QR code you used to enter. The shuttle location is on 98th ave and 1.7 miles from the airport and .7 miles from 880. Trust the ratings.

Park 'N Fly Oakland was so easy and affordable. The online price was very reasonable even with the fees. Scanning the QR code from the email and/or text message made it so easy to get into the facility safely to park. A staff member came out to help and tell us what row to park in and radioed the shuttle driver to come to our row to pick us up, load our luggage and take us to our terminal. We were given a small card with a number on it to give to our shuttle driver upon our return. On our return, Park 'N Fly Oakland sent a text to confirm we were picking up our car and to text them "Come Get Me" which then told us where to wait for the shuttle. The shuttle driver picked us up, loaded our luggage and took us to our car. When we were leaving, we needed to scan the original QR code at the gate and we were home bound. Park 'N Fly Oakland was a secure location to leave our car and the entire process was so easy and reasonable. I highly recommend Park 'N Fly Oakland.

Love this place and the high level of service! Specifically love:
- reserving in advance on my app and earning free days over time
- someone telling me which row to drive down when I arrive where there is an empty spot for me
- picking me up right at my car, especially when it’s raining!
- sending me a text when I land saying “welcome home” ❤

Great customer service, Im always able to get a parking spot. The shuttles to and from the airport are very frequent and the drivers are very polite. There was a time i was running late for my flight due to traffic on the freeway. When I told the attendant I was running late they dispatched a driver specifically for me. I truly appreciate this company for how they care for their customers.

Customer service is very attentive, providing useful information regarding where in the lot parking is available, and picking up passengers quickly to get them to the airport fast. Also, providing a parking space ticket is helpful for speedy return of passengers to their vehicles.

It was easy to make a reservation online. Very conveniently located by the airport. All staff was really nice, helpful and professional. The moment I arrived and was trying to figure out how to scan my reservation, the woman in the booth was already heading out to help me. The gentlemen driving the bus were super helpful and nice (I regret not carrying cash to tip them!!). The lady at checkout was nice and offered me a bottle of water. I will definitely use ParkNFly in Oakland again! Thank you!

This is the fastest and cheapest way to park at the airport!!!! They. Tell you exactly where the open space is and The shuttle s Is right there waiting for u as soon as u get out of the car, and takes you right to the front. When I park in the Economy lot, I am looking through the whole lot to see an empty space closest to the entrance. And then I’m walking 15 min to get to The otherside of the airport. I love park n fly and told my bf to use it immediately. The customer service in the booth is also Impeccable. Same w drivers. Fast, safe, and made me feel like everything was taken care of. Extremely extremely kind and helpful staff all around

Easy peasy, quite affordable, no waits for shuttles. The gate guy had a bottle of water for me as I pulled out - which I needed badly. Good friendly service all around.

Sooooooo much better than standard airport parking. Cheaper when reserving ahead of time. Shuttle busses come around every five minutes. They pick you up and drop you off at your car! The drivers are nice. To top it all off, they give you complimentary bottled water when you leave.

Using Park ‘N Fly Oakland was very convenient and easy to use. We were picked up by our car within minutes of parking, and the shuttle was at the airport when we were ready to return. I’ve never had it run this smooth. I will definitely use Park ‘N Fly again and tell others how amazing you are.

Shuttles are available quickly when parking and getting picked up. The shuttle will pick you up and drop you off right at your car. Fairly priced and build award days quickly.

Park 'N Fly has always been our go to airport parking. We have used them for a long time and always fine their rates competitive and they are very accommodating.

Love parking at ParknFly. Easy to make reservations, I live that I earn frequent parking rewards and love that they pick me up and drop me off right at my car so that I don't have to lug my luggage around AND I am safe because we are within a fenced in parking area.

Excellent customer from the van driver -- helped tremendously with loading my suitcase onto the van. Fair prices and convenient location. Shuttle van was quickly available both going to and from the airport.

Park 'N Fly is a fast, efficient cost effective alternative to parking at the airport. There shuttles are fast and always ready to go within 5 minutes. At least that has been my experience. I highly recommend them.
