Vena Nail Salon

My friend recommended this place to me. And I was impressed by the quality of the manicure and that usual polish(not gel) was good for almost two weeks. I definitely will be back and will recommend this salon to my friends. It’s rare when you can find a good quality manicure with affordable prices in our area.

Mindy had done my nails for the past few years at another location..a location I have great respect for and went to for nearly 20 years. When I learned she was no longer there, I was like, oh no! I learned where she was and today, I visited Vena Nails and she took care of my usual services in a 5 Star way. Her shop is lovely, peaceful and she is so professional, yet personable and does amazing work for all her clients. If you're looking for a nail spot or thinking about a switch, look no further!

I just had the best gel pedi experience. Sadly I forgot to ask the name of my nail technician. My nails and feet feel great. The hot stones at the end was a nice touch. The space is clean and bright. I will be back!

This place was great. I was just here today and never write reviews but just felt I had to write one. They did a bang up job on my manicure - one of the best I've ever had. But where they really stood out was customer service. I needed an underarm wax as well and they weren't able to do it for me there, so they called a neighboring shop and arranged for me to go there after my mani/pedi. I really appreciated that because I was on a time crunch and not from the area. And extremely affordable!! Would definitely return if I am in the area again and in need!!

Holly and Sandy will HOOK YOU UP!! Appointments are very necessary here if you come before 3 p.m. they are also close on Sundays. There is a massage chair in the back that you can pay to sit in depending on how long you want to sit there. They also offer water and tea as you get your nails done which is always refreshing I have been trying to find a nail shop in Alameda for years, when I came here to my surprise a girl left a different nail shop that I did not like it ended up working here instead. The staff that they have accumulated here is an All-Star staff you will really like getting your nails done here.

I loved all the hot towels for my hands and feet for my mani/pedi. They did an amazing job with the pumice on my feet - they felt soft for weeks afterwards!
