Very Nice Place, Very Courteous Staff , Awesome Coffe

I love Starbucks, and it's nice to try new drinks and pastries during the holidays. I didn't try their refresher for the longest time. My daughter told me to try them. I tried 3 of them, and they are pretty good. I have been ordering them instead of my usual drinks.

Only giving it a 5 star review because of the barriers Ryan, he is super friendly and will greet everyone and remember you if you’re a regular. He makes the place feel very welcoming! He is awesome

Barista Daisy and crew tonight were so friendly and welcoming! Delicious drink made exactly the way I like it. I don't come here all the time but I probably should. Baristas are always nice here.

Tried their caramel mochiato , nicely done, the cup was leaking however, still butchered my name even though I spelt it for them, smart marketing tactic.
Service was good, neat and decently spacious with outdoor seatings that gave it s nice touch.

I had a really pleasant experience here this morning.
I was with my 6 years old daughter and when we ordered, my daughter asked to the nice girl at the cash register if she could pretend to give her also cat food for her stuffed cat.
She took a small empty cup and gave it to my daughter as pretend cat food.
A simple nice gesture that made our visit to Starbucks a great experience for us and for the people around my really active, now entertained, daughter.

The place is much smaller than I remembered when I was little; however aside from that I ordered a Java chip with two shots of espresso my usual. Was made to perfection like all the other Starbucks I pop into. Tho the one thing I didn't like was the paper straws all I tasted was this distinctive soggy paper taste when taking a sip. Aside from that staff is friendly and like all other Starbucks bathrooms are nice and clean!

I go to this Starbucks regularly and the service is always great also Shannon takes time out to remember her customer's by name 😊 She's always very friendly and wearing a smile no matter how busy the store is . Great customer service

Is a nice area very close to shopping n food others restaurants businesses.

I don't normally do reviews but I want to give credit where credit is due. I wanna give a quick shout out to the good man who processed my hot tea at starbucks Southshore.

To my surprise he tucked in the paper tea label neatly in the cup making sure it wouldn't go inside the cup and not to touch the hot water. In Oakland this has always been an issue that they just drop the whole tea bag inside the cup including the label which I think is unhygienic. Well, this time the label is not only outside the cup but it is neatly tucked in the edge of the cup. I am super duper impressed!!!! I hope all Starbucks employees are like him.

His name? They said he is MARQUIS. ( spelling please?). Thank you for an excellent job, Marquis!!!! You're a great example for all.

I really love this place the people that work here are so nice and they call me by my first name all the time like I work there

Liked this Starbucks for their fast and friendly service. Picking up traveler packs have been always on time and easy both indoor and out door seats are quite nice.

Although this store is always busy, the cashier checked my gold card balance without an attitude and the barista gave me ice water with a smile. 🌟

Love their passion tea, cappuccinos, and chai tea lattes. Plus their cafe is excellent!
