I love shopping at Kohl’s. Customer service provide excellent service especially Javier. He’s always friendly, nice, helpful & very patient with customers. All their staff’ very friendly & helpful. They’re just really nice.

I love this store! They have a great selection of clothing, housewares and Sephora is right there! And, It’s close to other great stores and parking is easy,

Found a nice over shirt on clearance and used a 25% off coupon from the Kohls.com website to get an even better price on my purchase. Two checkout lines were opened when necessary, to reduce wait time.

This was my 1st time in the store so my experience was amazing the African American woman in the made my experience amazing she handled everything with care for my return. Just to know I was not just another number or customer i can explain it she made want to come back and just deal with her

Is awesome. You can fill out things for like charge cards and get like 50% off I don't know about now but they have deals like that and 10% off this and that and 30% off of this and that and I just love their variations of what they have. Yeah I like Kohl's. And when you get a charge card from Kohl's when you make your payments there is no interest at all. Great place. And they are very quick they're the lines go very quick.

Found my 14 year old a pair of vans for first day of school. Shoe shopping is always difficult with my daughters. They wear size 10 to size 12 which can be hard to find. I was so happy this Kohls had all the sizes I needed.

Amazing place for shopping you can find what you need

This was my first shopping experience at a Kohl's store and it was both intentional and brief. No browsing that wasn't a result of searching for the particular item I hoped to find there. Based on the little I saw of it, the Alameda South Shore Center store looked well supplied, neatly ordered and spacious enough to maintain social distance from other shoppers and staff. Reminded me of Macy's. After looking around the area where it seemed likely to be, when I didn't see what I went for the only staff person I asked knew exactly where it could be found and she walked me over to another floating display right near the entrance that I hadn't seen upon entering. She told me about the 3 available options and even offered me her personal experience with one of them--the one I came to look for. Price was right. Thanked her for the help and the recommendation, paid at the cashiers aisle, and left happy. Good, quick, successful shopping trip!

I went here recently because I had an Amazon purchase that didn't work out and had to return it. I never knew places outside of the delivery services that took returns so I was really interested in finding it out, plus it's beside the Trader Joe's so I figured it would be a nice in and out.

When I got to the store I asked the greeter where I could return the purchase and she was really helpful. I got mt QR code out in the return area and it was as simple as the associate scanning that, getting a print out and giving me the receipt. I got an Email really quickly about the return and they even gave me a 25% off coupon for the store.

I looked around at an assortment of shirts I could wear to the office and found a super nice one. Went to the check out and the cashier wiped down the surface before I got there, I gave her the coupon and the $60 shirt went down to $22 with the coupon and some in store discount that was already applied. I was super happy leaving the store and I'll definitely go back again if I need to get another nice shirt or return something from Amazon.

Recently, I tried online purchase, it went smooth and good. I got the item with in few days. I picked up the item from Alameda store. Amazing customer service. Sure I will do this again and again .

Friendly staff and amazing sales.

Did a return on a item that we lost a receipt to, their customer service were able to accommodate while we only paid minimal for price difference of new toy. Thank you for making my son's day worth while. He is non-stop playing with his toy that now works.

Great deals! I just walk through the store for a long time and I realize that there are a lot of deals that happened in every Department. I specifically came in here looking for chokers to match my wedding dress, I thought it would be a long stab in the dark but to my surprise they had over 30 options at the time. I used to think this place was just expensive and out of my reach however the deals make it way better
