Big 5 Sporting Goods

Best Big 5 on the east bay. They have ammo and they are super friendly. Its a bit off the beaten track and not cheap but they have all the stuff. Most of the East Bay Big 5's closed down so it's worth the drive out.

I've been there before with my husband. He was shopping around for ammunition for his guns. I bought my son also some sporting clothing from there. But atmosphere inside is really cool. Everybody seems to be very nice

The manager and staff were both extremely helpful as well as knowledgeable about the products they had and what might be coming into stock. Although it was relatively busy, they handled multiple customers with behind the counter request, appropriately, and I believe that myself and multiple other customers left happy with our purchases.

Big 5 sporting goods,in Alameda,ca! They are small! But,they are mighty! And they have every single thing that you could possibly want for the great outdoors!

Nicest people I've ever met inside a Big 5 usually when you're going to Big 5 everyone has an attitude don't know why but I've noticed this not the Alameda Big 5 great staff friendly customer service very helpful people tiny recommend if you're in the East Bay Area

Big 5 is amazing! They always have a wide variety in selection and they always have the best deals. I went in for tennis equipment and found some nice racquets for great prices. Never disappointed when visiting this Big 5.

I visited here specifically to pick up a water resistant ultrabright LED flashlight on sale(2 for $5 batteries included!). Very helpful staff. Has guns, ammo and tactical gear available.

As always, the store runs lean staff wise as possible. That being said, the crew at the southshore Big 5 were really nice! Helpful and knowledgeable about product and location in the store. Worth a visit

Jay is amazing! I was there today to exchange my smaller navy blue Columbia folding bicycle for a bigger mountain bicycle from Columbia that also folds. They both fold. Jay gave me THE BEST customer service I've had anywhere in my life. Period.

This BIG 5 is as old as i am.
Cool stuff here. Check em out for good quality sporting gear, shoes, clothes, etc... This place is small so everything is easy to find and don't think because it is a small building that it doesn't have what you may want. Surprisingly lots of stuff here.

I generally have a good experience shopping here for general camping and outdoor goods. They have decent sales on ammo, knives, sunglasses etc from time to time too. Sign up for the email notifications to save an extra few bucks.

I gave the woman cashier a key I found outside the store. She offered to lock it in their safe, in case someone asks about it. She was concerned, as we would be if we lost a key. Kudos!

I had to go there today to get some bicycle inner tubes and tires and a helmet for me. I like how it's been consistent and added some new changes over the years I don't get a chance to go there much but when I do I know what I want and it's surprises me with good quality stuff thanks Big 5

Walked in and easily found my item. Salesperson was friendly enough to carry it to the register and even helped me to my car. Great service. Great people.

I bought a defective pop up canopy and had already tossed the receipt. They were able to look up the purchase via my credit card and have me a full refund.
