My wife and I recently bought a love seat from Devon at Sofa Creations and we could not have had a better experience. Devon was so easy going and incredibly helpful and knowledgeable on all of the products so we could narrow down our options. We ended up with a love seat that we absolutely love and fits perfectly in our home. We happily recommend Sofa Creations and will be buying any future sofas from them in the future.

I had been searching for a sofa that would suit my needs for months when I finally stumbled into Sofa Creations, just by luck. I was impressed with the quality of what was in the showroom, as well as the ability to customize each piece -- more so than at other custom sofa places I had previously visited. Devon was patient and thorough in answering my questions. I spent about an hour in the showroom initially, sitting on different couches, moving cushions around, negotiating dimensions, etc. I left with a quote, Devon's card, and fabric swatches that he allowed me to take back to Sonoma County.

When I placed the order for my couch, Devon took extra care to be sure we were on the same page in terms of what I wanted. He even went so far as to email me a detailed sketch and a summary of the specs before finalizing the order. Then, he kept in touch with me about updates regarding the progress. In the end, my perfect sofa was delivered and I have had zero regrets since!

Getting a new sofa at Sofa Creations was, hands down, the most enjoyable shopping experience I've ever had. This is how it works: They have a lovely, quiet showroom in which every option you have in designing your own sofa is displayed--every shape and style and color and detail. Their salesperson, Devon, is extremely knowledgeable and not there to pressure you to buy anything, but there to help you get what you want--and to save you here and there from making dumb decisions and make sure that you have had a chance to make a choice relative to every detail of your sofa. I LOVE my sofa. I asked for an unusual design--a kind of day-bed style,in which the seat extends several feet beyond the usual sofa depth. Devon didn't blink. And, though I got the impression that they'd never been asked to make a sofa like mine, they figured out how to do it and did it. I've recommended Sofa Creations to all my friends.

We wanted two identical apartment size sofas for our living room and it was hard to find a small size with a modern look until we came to Sofa Creations in San Rafael. Devon helped us by understanding the process for ordering a sofa from Sofa Creations, with sample fabrics (suggesting the one that we picked, Elite 8), and with ordering twin 70" x 35" London Sofas. We are still happy with them since they arrived one year ago.
